No ‘Overhead & profit’ shall be paid on this cost.[Bidder needs not to quote against this item cell i.e item sl.no.7 as the amount Rs.2,55,639/- will be added in the total amount at par] 8 NOTE: (i) PLEASE QUOTE OVEHEAD INCLUDING PROFIT IN THIS BOQ/PRICE BID SHEET for items vide serial no.1 to 6 (i.e. workers plus supervisor) as given in the BOQ/PRICE -BID sheet. No negative quote/bidding is allowed for this tender. In case of any negative quote/bidding found in the BOQ/Price-Bid sheet, the respective bid shall liable for rejection. (ii) The rate (i.e. the amount of ‘overhead including profit’) quoted in the tender shall remain FIRM and FIXED for the entire contract period (i.e. for total 24 months). For any enhancement in material price, rate of wages/benefits owing to MOS/Govt. notification etc. reimbursement shall be paid but no contractual overhead shall be paid calculating over that enhanced/reimbursement part.(iii) Ref.
