Maintenance of Dtw Scheme At Sonapur Dtw Under Kathalia Rd Block During The Year 2025_26_ Sh_ Repairing Of Pump House And Electrical Equipments.-Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed.-All kinds of soil 2 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.-All kinds of soil 3 Supplying and filling in plinth, under floor, foundations etc. with sand (fine) from local quarry with all lifts including spreading in horizontal layers, watering, grading to required slope, ramming, consolidating and compacting each layer by using plate compactor or by any suitable method complete. 4 Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.-All kinds of soil 5 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering --All work upto plinth level:(a) 1:4:8 ( 1 Cement: 4 fine sand : 8 graded well burntbrick aggregate 40 mm nominal size) 6 (b) 1:2:4 ( 1 Cement: 2 fine sand : 4 graded well burnt brick aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 7 Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement--All work upto plinth level:(i) 1:2:4 ( 1 Cement: 2 fine sand : 4 graded well burnt brick aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 8 Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto floor five level.(i) Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars/ Cold twisted deformed steel bars 9 Half brick masonry work with first class bricks in foundation and plinth including cost of all materials as required complete:-In cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand ). 10 First class brick work in foundation and plinth including cost of all materials as required complete:-(i) In cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand ). 11 Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6mm angle iron and 3mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, & with cleats with bolts & nuts, rivets, locking arrangement, handles, hooks & eyes, pinlets including embedding in cement concrete of required grade for fixing in position, all necessary fittings, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc. complete as required:-(i) Using M.S. angels 40x40x6 mm for diagonal braces. 12 Fabricating and supplying at site of work, steel tublar trusses of M.S pipe conforming to IS specification, complete with purlin,bracing and other necessary fittings such as cleat gusset plateetc of thickness not less than 6.00 mm including applying aprimming coat (two or more coats)as per direction of the Engineer - in- Charge and approved standard design. (Member used in trusses as rafter, bottom tie and purlin are of 40.00 mmdia and struts etc are of 20.00 mm dia and bottom runner are of 25.00 mm dia conforming to IS 1239 part-II /1990 light class) .One set comprising of 4(four) nos trusses with 6(six) nos. purlinand 4.00 mtr span as per approved drawing and design etc complete excluding nuts & bolts. 13 12 mm cement plaster of mix :(i) In cement mortar 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand ) 14 Neat cement punning 15 Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 fine sand : 4 graded well burnt brick aggregate) flooring finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, rounding of edges and strips and cost of glass strips etc. complete.(i) 40mm thick. 16 Providing and fixing M.S. round holding down bolts withnuts and wahser plates complete as per standard design. 17 Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead and including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces) excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.(i) 0.63mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275gm/m2. 18 Providing and fitting G.C.I sheet (0.63 mm thick) for walling including Vertical/curved surface fixed with galvanized steel J orL hooks 8 mm diameter, bolts and nuts with bitumen and G.I limpet washers or with G.I. limpet Washers filled with whitelead and including a coat of appoved steel primer and twocoats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (upto any pitch in horizontal/Verticle or curved surfaces ) excluding the cost of G.S. sheet purlins rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required as per direction ofEngineer -in-Charge. 19 Providing ridges or hips of width 60 cm overall width plain G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete. (i) 0.63mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275gm/m2 20 Providing structural steel work in single section fixed with or without connecting plate including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete as required. 21 Providing & fitting fixing of pannel board of local teak wood for fitting & fixing of electrical items including 2 nos.
