The cost for making necessary grooves in the stone to accommodate the vertical inserts, grooves all-around stone pieces, making 10mm deep rebate for tile inlay, chamfering of corner edges and polishing are included. 13 pink dholpur sand stonesize (1600-1800)x600x25mm minimum thick 14 Providing and laying 30mm thick FLAMED Sadarhalli Grey Granite Stone flooring in treads and landings (including bull nosing, rounding the nose and making groove) of stepsof approved colour, size and pattern, (sample of granite stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge) over 20mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of granite stone complete as per specifications andas per direction of engineer-in-charge. 15 Extra for Red/ Raw Silk/ Tan Brown/ Jet Black granite Stone 16 Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineerin- charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.Note: - This item to be used for maintenance work judicially, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done. 17 Providing and inserting 12mm dia galvanised steel injection nipple in honey comb area and along crack line including drilling of holes of required diametre (20mm to 30mm) up to depth from 30mm to 80mm at required spacing and making the hole & crack dust free by blowing compressed air, sealing the distance between injection nipple with adhesive chemical of approved make and allow it to cure complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. 18 Providing and injecting approved grout in proportion recommended by the manufacturer into cracks/honey-comb area of concrete/ masonry by suitable gun/pump at required pressure including cutting of nipples after curing etc. complete as per directions of Engineer-in- Charge. (The payment shall be made on the basis of actual weight of approved grout injected.) Epoxy injection grout in concrete/RCC work of approved make. 19 Providing and applying crystalline mortar by mixing in the ratio of 4.5: 1 (4.5 parts crystalline mortar : 1 part water) for the treatment of faulty construction joints, cracks, tie rod holes and spalled & honeycombed surface of RCC underground structures like basement, water tanks, bridge deck etc. to ensure water tightness. The crystallie mortar shall conform to the EN 1504-3 having compressive strength Class R4 ?45 MPa and adhesive bond strength Class R3 ?1.5 MPa. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the engineer-in-charge. The product performance shall carry guarantee for 10 years against any leakage. For sealing cracks and faulty construction joints, routed out/making U-shape groove size 25x25mm and then primed the area with integral crystalline slurry @0.05kg/ running metre and while the surface is tacky filled the groove upto surface with crystalline mortar @1.50kg/ running metre. Once crystalline mortar is touch dry then finally applied two coats of integral crystalline slurry @0.05kg/running metre per coat. 20 Strengthening of existing open cell metal false ceiling by clipping assembled cell ceiling panels into extra U-profile carriers (as per requirement) in Galvanized Mild steel, pre-coated in black enamelled finish. In addition to the carriers, extra C-profile wire clips shall be fixed to hold the cell ceiling panels into the carriers for strengthening. Further, for lateral strengthening,extra angles made out of Galvanized Mild steel shall be fixed for cross connection with U-profile carriers. Payment shall be made on the basis of unit plan area measured. Necessaryframework in wood or aluminium to be provided for mounting of flex panel asrequired or as directed by the Architect. Item to include providing necessary lipping to hold glass in place, tools, hardware etc. to complete item in all respects. 28 Manufacturing, supplying and Fixing retroreflective overhead signage boards made up of 2mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity and encapsulated lens type heat activated retroreflective sheeting confirming to type III of ASTM-D-4956-01 as approved by Engineer-In-Charge, letters, borders etc. as per IRC:67-2001 in silver white with blue color background and with high intensity grade, pasted on substraight by pressure sensitive adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying pressure confirming to class II of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same to the plate of structural frame work by means of suitable sized aluminium alloys, rivets or bolts and nuts @ 300mm centre to centre all along the periphery as well as in 02 vertical rows along with theft resistantmeasures, including the cost of painting with two OR more coats of epoxy paint in grey color on the back side of aluminium sheet including appropriate priming coat. The rate includes the cost of rounding off the corners, lowering down the structural frame work from the gantry, fixing and erecting the same in position all complete as per drawings, specifications and directions of the Engineer-In-Charge. (Structural Frame work Including M.S Plate to be provided seperately. Rectangular area of the sheet only shall be measured for payment). 29 ILLUMINATED SIGNS:Providing and fixing illuminated signs including all operations from fabrication to installation all complete as per relvant drawings, technical specifications, signage schedule and to the satisfaction of the Engineer-In-Charge. 30 SIGN FRAME:-The sign frame shall be made out of aluminium extruded sections fabricated to required sizes and shape. Item to include providing and fixing of aluminium channel spot welded to sign frame including channel supports are to be powder coated to match as per apptoved colour or in colour duly approved by Engineer-In-Charge. The inside edge of sign frame to have EPDM gasket where it gets in contact with the sign panel as per approved design is required.All powder coating shall be done on all internal as well as external surafaces. The Sign shall be internally lit with the specified luminare (LED MODULE) and item to include providing and fixing luminare and fixtures comple as per the technical specifications for electrical works. 31 SIGN PANEL:- For elevated and underground stations.Providing and fixing sign pannel made out of 04mm thick polycarboate sheeting with vinyl message (3630/7725 series 03M OR equivalent) to required sixe and shape. Vinyl colour to match graphics and text as per schedule and pasted on sign panel. All the confont in the signage will be plotter cut/screen printing. The signage will be laminated for the protection of plotter cut vinyl pasted on sign panel. For double side 32 REFLECTOR PANEL:- Item to include providing and fixing embosed aluminium mirror reflector panel as per approved specifications and make, with provision to hold luminaries in position. 33 BACK PANEL:- For elevated and underground stations.For single sided signs, where graphics/text is to be on 01 side. Item to include providing in embosed radiant mirror reflector, back panel to be pure polyster coated to match as per approved colour as per technical specifications.ACCESSORIES:- Providing and fixing all accessories such as magnetic catchers, hinges, spring clips, anchoring hooks, nuts, cleats, screw hooks and slots etc complete as per specified fabrication drawing. All anchor fastener, bolts etc to be SS-304 Grade.Above description holds good for the following signage unless otherwise specified except for modifications due to their respective finished dimensions and fixing arrangement OR unless otherwise specified. 34 ILLUMINATED FACE MOUNTED SIGN:- (At Height of Roof at Entry/Exit and at room height of Underground Metro Stations Badi Chaupar and Chhoti Chaupar)The sign frame is to be mounted on BRICK/RCC wall backing with cladded or Non cladded.Item to include aluminium sign frame of required size and shape including mounting the sign frame on the RCC/BRICK wall backing by drilling holes of required diameter in the RCC/Brick Wall and achoring the sign frame using HILTI FASTENERS or Equivalent or specified size and length and providing and fixing all item and accesaories including silicon sealant and backer rod of approved make complete as per drawing for following panel sizes. The mounting surfacesshall be required and finished as per surrounding area complete at no extra cost. This sign is to be necessarily signle sided only. All achor fasteners, bolts etc to be SS-304 Grade. (SIZE: 2400mmX900mm Approx. OR 5200mmX1000mm Approx. Depth of SIGN DEPTH: 75mm OR as approved by EIC) 35 Supply and Installation of Vinyl Sheet (03M) in UV Print on existing signages at metro stations of Jaipur Metro. 36 Providing and fixing 120 minutes steel fire rated doors as per detailed specifiction made by shakti mate, Godrej etc. Along with hinge and door closer as per nfpa 80 and as per NFPA 252, temperture increase on the unexposed surface not exceeding on average 361.c (650.F) during first 30 mins of test size as per directions of Engineer in charge. 37 Re-alignment of misaligned doors by taking out the door and the door frame (as per site requiement), rectifying and re-fixing of the same. The door shall be made good using any fixtures required (except hinges, door closer, trim paces, panic bars) and nithing shall be paid extra in line of the same. The work shall be carried out as per the direction of Engineeer in charge. 38 Removing of old paint, rust with help of power tool and preparing the surface to various standards (ASA 3.0) before application of primer. The rate will include all tools, plants, labour and other consumables and incidental charges. Nothing shall be paid extra. Except NBSR no.1, 3,4,5 and 6. The surface which are not accessible with the help of power tool shall be prepared with wire brush. 39 Applying surface tolerant epoxy coating in two coats with epoxy based primer with minimum DFT of 200 microns at all locations wherever required and volume of solids not less than 75%. Paint is to be applied with spray painting, in place where its inaccessible it may be applied with brush (item to be used where surface is having scaling.) 40 Application of finishing coat epoxy polyurethane system of approved quality brand ot UV resistant coat at all locations and colour to achieve smooth & even surface with minimum volume of solids 57% and of 75 microns thickness of surfaces. 41 Providing and fixing of Anti Birds Spikesmade of high quality of Poly Carbonate, 5 Row 304 mm. Ltd Or equivalent and fixing of 6 mm thick and 150 mm wide aluminium sheet one with sliding screw complete as per direction of Engineer- In-Charge 47 Polishing and buffing of SS 304 railing/SS surface provided in metro stations with minor grinding(as required) and removing stains/blemish with proper rubbing and polishing. The surface with suitable material and finally buffing the surface with high speed buffing machine using buffing material complete as per dierection of Engineer In Charge. The work will be carried out in non revanue hours and rates are inclusive of all taxes man power material, tools and plants, CO and OH etc all complete. 48 Providing skilled manpower such as welder/fitter for welding works along with welding machine to carry out welding as per direction of Engineer-In-charge including cost of tools, safety equipments,consumable(electrodes) etc. 49 Providing semiskilled manpower such as Plumber/carpentor/mason/ for plumbing/sewerage/carpentory/masonary, rectification works with all required T&P complete as per direction of Engineer-In-charge. 50 Providing unskilled manpower such as helper/beldar etc for miscelleneous Civil works with all required T&P as per direction of Engineer-In-charge. 51 Supply of potable water through water tankers o capacity 5000 liters at stations of JMRC from MSOR-BICP
