The Items Mentioned In The Description Only Will Be Delivered.Lot Number Is Exhibited/Painted On The Structure.The Quantity Is Worked Out On Approximate Basis.The Delivery Will Be Made On Lot Basis And No Part Delivery Will Be Allowed.Dismantling& Cutting Is Allowed For Easy Loading Purpose At The Risk & Cost Of The Purchaser. Dismantling Is Permitted Upto Ground Level Only. The Purchaser Should Ensure That During Dismantling & Cutting Operation No Nearby Structure/Building Should Be Affected And Take Necessary Care/Safety Precautions To Avoid Any Mishap As Well As Damage To Railway Property. Dismantling/Breaking Of Building Is To Be Done Manually. No Poclain/Jcb Machines To Be Used As The Building Is Very Near To Running Line. Dismantling Will Be Done By Taking Traffic And Power Block Period Only As The Rri Building Is Adjacent To Running Ohe Wires And And To Be Dismantled Under The Supervision And As Suggested By Sse/Wks/Csmt. Sse/Wks/Csmt May Decide Whether Any Other Supervisors From Electrical, Engineering, S&T, Operating Are Required During Dismantling And Co-Ordinate With Them Accordingly.The Purchaser Will Be Fully Responsible If Any Accident/Unusual Incident Occurs At Worksite/Place During Dismantling. Extra Precaution To Be Taken If There Are Trees Near The Structure Or Its Branches Are Spread Over The Same.Purchaser Has To Ensure That Train Operations And Other Railway Work Should Not Be Disturbed/Affected During Dismantling/Cutting Of Materials Purchaser Should Remove Debris Of Pcc/Bricks/Rubble Masonry And Rubbish From The Site And The Land Should Be Cleared Of All Debris Before Completion Of Delivery.Since The Rri Buildings Very Close To Line No 6 & 7 Purchaser Has To Take Care Of Labours.Materials Which Cannot Taken By Road Purchaser Will Request The Stockholder For Arranging Materials Train To Shift To The Nearest Loading Point. Stockholder Has To Arrange Materials Train For Shifting The Materials And Debris During Block Period Only. Purchaser Has To Arrange Labours For Loading The Materials In Material Van During Block Period And Delivery Will Be Given At The Loading Point As Decided By Stockholder.Purchaser Should Personally Visit The Site And The See The Lot In Regard To Loading/Lifting Since The Building Is Very Near To Line No 6 And 7.
