| 1 | M&L for cleaning of all blockages of Nahni traps/floor traps/bottle traps, blockages of WC\"s, Rain water pipes, Rain water spouts at roof level, 100 mm dia CI pipes upto 1st manhole/GT in shafts, vertical CI soil / waste pipe stacks, CI Tee / door bends etc & cleaning ofdrain pipes 150 mm to 250 mminternal diaby rodding and manholes upto 3.0 metre in depth and removal of sludge / silt / liquid mud sand (in foul conditions) etc, out of MOD premises (at the location notified by the local Municipal Corporation / Cantt board) complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge to maintain internal & external sewage system in functional state at all the time by engaging / deploying adequate safaiwala (if required ) for IML, 1 CBPO AND 5 RAJPUT from 0900 hours to 1700 hoursatComplaint cell (AGE B/R-I) mentioned in the contracton daily basis, with manual / pressure cleaning pump and flexible rods and other necessary equipments (as per rules of public health), including digging required nos of pits for depositing sludge and furthure capping the pit with the 25 cm thick layer of soil, complete all as specified and as directed.Note :- 1 The Nos of person indicated in above items as assumed by the department, shall remain present at the complaint cell of AGE B/R-I (south). Contractor may have to deploy more manpower in the particular area anddeploy adequate sewage cleaning machine / equipments to clean the line andopen blockages. Rates quoted shall be deemed to have considered all such contingencies. 2.In case of non availability / absence of any of minimum required tradesmen, the recovery for the same shall be effected at double the minimum fair wages applicable for the relevant category or double the market rates whichever is higher, in addition to non payment of this item for the absence period proportionally.3. If necessiated by the Engr-in-charge / GE for work on Sunday /holidays, the contractor shall provide tradesmen with helpers.4. Proper records (date wise) of complaints received & rectified by the contractor and attendance register of trademen shall be maintained and shall be produced for verification at the time of payment of each RAR / Bill. |
