Tender For Fire Water Pump Structure Strengthening Work And Roof Repairing Work At Q10 Berth And Ammonia Handling Area In Willingdon Island, Fact-Cd.; 1 Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in charge.In cement mortar. 2 Demolishing C.C/ R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of engineer - in- charge. 3 Chipping & removing old cement plastered surface including racking out joints & clearing the surface for replastering & disposal of the debris as per directions within a distance of 150 m. 4 Dismantling and removing doors with or without ventilators including removal of shutters, hinges, holdfast and all other fittings and stacking materials as per deptl.instructions 5 Dismantling and removing windows/ventilators/shelves/cup boards/AC frames etc including removal of shutters, hinges, holdfasts and all other fittings and stacking materials as per deptl.instructions 6 Earth work excavation in all classes of soil including narrickal but excluding hard rock which require blasting including back filling in basement & sides of foundation, depositing on bank within an initial lead of 50 m including breaking clods, watering, ramming and sectioning of spoil bank etc.complete- Up to 1.5 m depth from ground level. 7 Dismantling the existing structural carefully without damaging the remaining portions including conveying and stacking at places pointed out & removal of debris if any within a lead of 150 m. 8 Dismantling AC / GI / Tufflite / Aluminium/Zincalum sheet roofing, side cladding etc and depositing the debris away from plant limit within a distance of 150 m. 9 Dismantling AC/Aluminium/Zincalum ridge pieces andclearing away debris from the plant limit. 10 Providing non-asbestos high impact Polypropylene reinforced cement, 5.50 mm minimum thick, corrugated sheets (as per IS: 14871) of suitable colour as approved by Engineer-in-charge, roofing up to any pitch and fixing with polymer coated J, or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia. G.I. plain and bitumen washers or with self drilling fastener and EPDM washers etc. complete (excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses), including cutting sheets to size and shape wherever required 11 Providing corrugated serrated adjustble ridges or hips in Non- asbestos fibre cement high impact polypropylene reinforced roofing with suitable fixing accessories or self drilling fastener and EPDM washer , etc. complete as per instructions. 12 Supplying, Conveying, fabrication and erection of structuralsteelwork bolted orweldedatall levelsasper scopedrawingfortrusses, purlins,louverbrackets,louver runners bracings, stair cases, platforms, handrailsladder,threadedsagrods,splices,etc. withM.Sangles,channels,tees, flats, RSJs,rods, pipes and plates including cutting, welding, cleaning, erecting and painting with twocoats of zinc chromate primer (oneshop coatand one coat after erection)and two coats of chemicalresistant enamelpaint of approvedquality and colouroverthe primerincludingsupplyofnecessary MS boltsandnutsother than holdingdown bolts.(The structural steel material shall be of M/s. SAIL / RINL / TISCO /JINDAL make) - Required gas and electrodes will be supplied free of cost by FACT at stores 13 Providing formwork to RCC works with necessary wooden planks, joists, runners, posts etc.including removal after completion of works- For foundation footings etc. 14 Providing reinforcements to RCC works with MS / Tor steel rods including all charges for conveying, straightening/uncoiling, cutting, bending, placing rods in position & tying with GI / black annealed tying wire of suitable gauge etc. complete. excluding cost of reinforcement. 15 RCC work in 1:1½:3 nominal mix using 20 mm and downgrade hard granite broken stone including all charges for mixing concrete, laying, consolidating, curing etc.complete but excluding cost of form work & reinforcement works- For foundation footings, bottom & sides of trenches, equipment foundations, plinth beams, lintels, slabs, columns & beams etc.up to 5 m from ground level. 16 Cement block masonry work in CM 1:6 using good quality, approved, cement blocks including charges for conveying, scaffolding charges etc. as per departmental instructions for super structure walls up to floor five level including cost of cement 17 Supplying and fixing anodized Aluminium frame work of extruded sections and approved brand / manufacturer including mitering the joints, fixing the frame work with necessary screws, drilling holes in floors/walls, providing plugs for fixing screws, finishing the sides of packing between frame work and walls with plaster of Paris, cost of timber packing if necessary, Rubber lining for air tightness, providing corner cleats etc.complete as per standard practice for glazed Doors, Windows, Partitions, Ventilators etc.including hinges ,pivots, tower bolts, fixtures etc.complete (All Aluminum works including fittings measured in Kg) 18 Glazing the Aluminium frame work of windows with 3 mm or nearest thick plain glass panes and anodized Aluminium approved brand beadings, with EPDM / NEOPRINE weather seals, gaskets of EPDM or PVC etc and screws as per standard practice at all levels (Measurement for overall area of doors / windows / ventilators) 19 Providing and fixing PVC door of syntex or equivalant make withshutter frame made of extruded plastic section having dimension of 60 x 24 mm or nearest, paneling with single panelhollow plastic section of20 mm thick withaverage wall thickness of 1 mmand outer frame of door made of extruded plastic section of 48 x 40 mm or nearestincluding providing and fixing all required fittings such as stainless steel butt hinges, PVC tower bolts, PVC handles etc.complete as per manufacturers specifications. 20 Painting one coat of priming coat on plastered surface (interior/exterior)with approved quality cement primer after cleaning the surface including all cost of materials, labour etc. 21 Painting two coats with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of approved quality and colour specified over the priming coat already done and paid separately after cleaning the surface well. 22 Cleaning the structural surface neatly with water jet spray (using suitable mechanical means) to remove the accumulated Rock/Sulphur particles, dust, rust, dirt etc and wire brushing as per departmental instructions. 23 Painting one priming coat on new/old iron work at all heights with approved quality zinc chromate yellow metal primer of approved brand & quality at all heights including cost of primer and materials, labour, scaffolding charges, cleaning the site etc. as per departmental instructions 24 Painting with synthetic enamel paint using approved quality paint as specified two coats in distinct colour at all heights (over a priming coat already done and paid separately) for iron work after cleaning the surface including cost of all materials, labour charges, scaffolding charges etc.complete as per deptl instructions. First and second coat shall be distinct colours 25 Cement plastering with CM 1:4,15 mm thick one coat floated hard and trowelled smooth at all levels including cost of cement 26 Supply of HILTI Anchor rod -HIT-V-5.80-M16x165 or equivalent at site 27 Supplying & fixing Stainless steel Multi vent roof ventilator(Turbo ventilator) ofminimum600 mm Neck/throat dia. or nearest availble size , designed to a capacity of 1850 CFMincluding polycarbonate base suitable to existing roofing system with all required accessories. Multi vent roof ventilators & base to be got approved from Engineer-in-charge before installation.Rate includingcutting/ making holes in the existing roofing sheets/ Tools/ tackles/ scaffolding/ machinery/ manpower/ safety features etc complete in all respect. 28 Collecting mixed materials including spoil earth, Gypsum, Rock & Sulphur waste, broken AC sheet, brick / rubble debris etc.from places pointed out within an initial lead of50 m and lift up to 1.50 m as per instructions at site. 29 Disposal of moorum/building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material as mentioned in special conditions of work by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 25 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. 30 Fabrication and erection of structural steel works (dismantled or serviceable) bolted or welded as per drawings at all levels for trusses, ladders splices, frame work, base plates, HD bolts, purling, cleats, struts etc. including drilling, welding, cleaning the structural, erecting and painting with two coats of zinc chromate primer (one shop coat and one coat after erection) and two coats of chemical resistant enamel paint of approved quality and colour over the primer including supply of necessary MS bolts and nuts other than holding down bolts(Structural, gas & electrodes will be supplied free of cost by the Company. 31 Providing labour assistance for emergency works which are not covered in the Schedule of work-Man Mazdoor
