Design Supply Installation Testing and Commissioning of Electro mechanical,Instrumentation components hydraulic testing commissioning and giving satisfactory trials pertaining Sewage Treatment Plant STP details Technical specification as per schedule B and NIT (quote rate for overall project estimation purpose only )-Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Electro mechanical, Instrumentation components hydraulic festing, commissioning and giving satisfactory trials pertaining Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) having ablity to treat sewage waste water to required outlet water quality parameters to achieve BOD5 ppm, COD <50 ppm, TSS 5 ppm, Turbidity s 1 NTU, Fecal Coliforms 100 MPM/100 ml to get recyclable quality of water for industrial/agricultural purposes, as per NGT standards (Dec. 2023) to use treated wastewater effluent for not potable purpose with Advanced Membrane Bio Reactor (MBR) Technology with pretreatment and post treatment consisting of fine screen chamber, grit and grease removal chamber, drum screen system. equalization tank, hydrodynamic cavitation system, biological reactor with air lift pump, membrane filtration system with appropriate accessories including blower, air iift pump arrangement, and CIP system, bio-culture recirculation and activation system, advanced oxidation based electrochemical system for post treatment, sludge handling system with centrifuge, with necessary hydraulic and Electro-mechanical accessories, piping, valves. gates, instrumentations having suitable specification to achieve desired plant capacity, excluding all civil works like foundation, excavation intemal roads, storage tanks, buildings, structure, etc the unit should have SCADA system with remote monitoring facility, embedded Al (Artificial Intelligence) system with real time data for sensors and instruments to optimize operation parameters of system. 2 Molacha Odha -Capacity 4 MLD 3 Mhasave Road -Capacity 5 MLD 4 Ranmala Odha -Capacity 1 MLD 5 Jarandeshwar near River -Capacity 9.50MLD 6 Near Fire Station -Capacity 7.50MLD 7 Near Greenland Hotel Godoli Naka -Capacity 2.50 MLD
