    Tender For Raising 35000 Nos of polybag seedlings at District Permanent Nursery under Palakkad Social Forestry Range during 2025-26 -- 1 Clearing the area for the formation of beds 2 Preparation of seed beds 3 Cost of straw including transportation 4 Cost of seeds 5 Cost of poly bags 6 Sowing seeds and covering with straw and removing the cover after germination 7 Temporary bamboo biofencing around the mother bed 8 Watering the seed beds twice daily for the first 30 days 9 Watering the seed beds once daily for the next 30 days 10 Providing platform by making support on all sides of beds arrange them properly in hardening area 11 Cost of soil including transportation charge 12 Cost of cowdung including transportation charge 13 Cost of coir pith including transportation 14 Sieving soil for filling polythene bags 15 Filling polybags and watering the facilitate planting 16 Pulling out seedlings from mother beds and transplanting into poly bags 17 Watering the nursery basketted beds for 15 days as and when needed if the mechanised irrigation system for District Permanent Nursery fail due to power failure, technical reason 18 Cost of polythene sheets for covering ground under basket bed 19 Weeding nursery beds as and when necessary 20 Provision for VDA excluding LS items 21 Contingencies such as cost of pesticide and fingicide display boards species indicatory boards printing charge of photos for each bed 22 Contractors Profit 23 Round off
