    Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services - Servicing Of Cvr & Cvr-Cu Similar Category Support Services MRU-120-R SERVICING OF CVR CU101-R SERVICING OF CONTROL UNIT Items will be sent to vendors facility after removal from the Helicopter based on Part Discrepancy Report (PDR). Only those items will be sent to the supplier where HAL quality recommends through PDR for necessary servicing to be carried out before installation into the helicopter. Supplier should submit Inspection tag, Work Done Report & Release Note as per AFQMS Format (2024) along with the supply (format enclosed alongwith the tender for reference). The supply should also accompany Certificate of Conformity (CoC). Items will be cleared after inspection from HAL, BKP Quality department. Supplier should provide warranty coverage of the serviced items accompanied by warranty certificate for the period of 12 months from the date of acceptance of the serviced unit at HAL, Barrackpore. Supplier should preferably return the unit after necessary servicing within 4 weeks after receipt of items as per amendment of Purchase Order for the unit. Suppliers price offer should be valid till Apr 2027. Supplier should maintain the offered price without any extra charge to HAL for future additional requirement arises within the above mentioned period only. items will be loaded to the supplier for repair/service in staggered manner for lot size 1 to 4 nos Total Quantity :
