| 2 | Design & Construction of Complete Sewage Treatment Plant based on Moving Bed Bio-Reactor Aerobic attached growth technology of capacity 2000 cum/day for separate serving UC-1 , 2 , 3 & 10, Designing (hydraulically, structurally & aesthetically), providing, constructing, hydraulic testing commissioning and giving satisfactory trials of STP consisting of coarse Bar Screening chamber (RCC) with steel screen (manual), Receiving Sump RCC, Submersible pumps in receving sump, Stilling Chamber in RCC , Fine bar Screen chamber (manual) RCC with steel screen, Oil & Grease Remover (RCC), Grit separator, Equalization Tank (2 Tanks of 50% Capacity each), Air Grid for Equalization Tanks, Feed pumps (2 No) Moving Bed Bio Reactor(s) with plastic media (of appropriate density, size and quantity to keep very high MLSS > 15,000 mg/lit), Air Blowers for MBBR (2 Nos), Tube Settler assembly, Sludge pump screw type (2 Nos), Sludge dewatering centrifuge, Sludge holding tank, Air Grid for Sludge holding, Chlorine Dozing System, Chlorine contact tank,with and including civil foundation, all E/M equitments,associated piping work with requried valves, gates, drains,pathways, electrical control panel with interconnecting cable,spare parts for 2 years of operation etc., complete as turnkey job with all involved civil, electrical, digital and mechanical works as per detailed specifications for civil,electrical and mechanical components, complete all as specified.NOTES: The quoted rates shall be inclusive of the following:- 1. Filter Feed Tank of RCC, Filter Feed pumps, Dual Media Filter, Activated Carbon Filter, Treated water Tank in RCC. Treated sewage can also be used for irrigation,horticulture, fire fighting and MT wash. 2. Foundation design as per ground conditions. 3. Excavation and earthwork including returning & filling and removal of soil / rock to a distance not exc 10 km.4. The quote should also include foundation cost, including piling if required. |

| 7 | Outsourcing Services for manning and operation of Sewage Treatment Plant of any capacity at any location, during 1st year of defects liability period, in 03 shifts (each shift 08 hours) per day including Sundays & Holidays, by providing one FGM & One Helper for each Shift, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The outsourcing of services including running of sewage treatment plant, operation of chlorine dosing, application of culture for development of bacteria in fab reactor and controlling the delivery of treated water output at water points of STP installation area including operating treated water installation from STP and cleaning installation premises with in a radius of 3m from the installation area with and including all consumables / chemicals like Sodium Hypo Chlorite, Dewatering Poly Electrolyte and Aerobic type bio culture powder for development of bacteria. |
