    Tender For Patch Repairing Work At Sector-11, 12 And 14(Part), Vrindavan Yojna, Lucknow - Providing, Laying, spreading and compacting graded stoneaggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the density. 2 Providing and applying primer coat with 60/70 bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning the road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 1.00 kg/sqm. Using mechanical means including supply of all materials, labour, T & P etc. requiredfor proper completion of the work as per clause 502 of MOSRT&H specifications and as per direction of the E/I. 3 Providing & laying bituminous Concrete with100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average out put of 75 tonnes per hourusing crushed aggregate of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder,@5.4 to 5.6 % weight of total mix and fillertransporting the hot mix to work site, Laying with hydrostaticpaver finisher with sensor controller to requiredgrade, level & alignment & rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieved the desired compaction complete in all respects & as per relevant clauses of MORT & H section-509 (VG-30).
