Repairing of Submersible Pump sets and other Pump sets installed in Various Mpl. Schools under Karol Bagh Zone.; 1 Lifting the existing submersible pump set with its all accessories from well and lowering the same along with all accessories for the depth upto 50 meter complete as required. 2 Lifting the existing submersible pump set with its all accessories from well and lowering the same along with all accessories for the depth from 50 to 100 meters complete as required. 3 Rewinding of single/ three phase A.C motors of vertical type multi stage submersible pump sets of following ratings: (a) Single phase 1/1.5 HP 4 (b) Single phase 3 HP 5 (c) Three phase 5 HP 6 Repairing of pumping unit of 1/1.5/3 HP vertical type, multistage, submersible pump set by replacement of following accessories/parts etc complete as required. (a) Gun Metal Bush/Bearing 7 (b) Pump Shaft 8 (c) Impeller 9 Repairing of pumping unit of 5/7.5/10 HP vertical type, multistage, submersible pump set by replacement of following accessories/parts etc complete as required. (a) Gun Metal Bush/Bearing 10 (b) Pump Shaft 11 (c) Impeller 12 Repairing of Submersible Pumpsets and other Pumpsets installed in Various Mpl. Schools under Karol Bagh Zone. 13 Repair/Rewinding of existing 1HP mono block pump set including replacement of parts like gun metal bush/ bearing condenser, impeller etc to make the pump functional as required. 14 S & F Single phasing preventer in the exisiting panel i/c connections etc as required. 15 Replacement of following items for cubical panel etc as required. (a) Capacitor 36 mfd 16 (b) Capacitor 50 mfd 17 (c) Capacitor 72 mfd 18 (d) Capacitor 100 to 150 mfd 19 (e) Contactor & relay of single phase starter unit 20 (f) Contactor & relay of three phase starter unit 21 Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of cubical type control panel board for single phase & Three Phase submersible pumping set of following rating complete with contactor, relay , MCB ,condenser ,voltmeter, ammeter and indication lamp etc including connections etc as reqd. 1.5 HP (Single Phase) 22 Development of tube well with suitable capacity of air compressor i/c lowering of the necessary induction pipe or linei/c cost of fuel, hire charges of compressor etc as reqd. The development shall be considered complete when Gravel stop sinking, Discharge ceased to improve and the sand contents are not more than 10 PPM after 20 minutes of starting the pump complete as reqd. 23 P&F following sizes of PVC insulated & PVC sheathed copper conductor 3 core submersible cable confirming to IS.694/1990 etc. as reqd. a 3x 2.5 sq.mm 24 P&F following sizes of PVC insulated & PVC sheathed copper conductor 3 core submersible cable confirming to IS.694/1990 etc. as reqd. a 3x 4 sq.mm 25 Supply, lowering and fixing following size of G.I. Pipe (M-Class) i/c cutting threading on both sides etc. ISI marked etcas reqd. a) 25mm(Nominal Bore) 26 b) 32mm(Nominal Bore) 27 d) 50mm(Nominal Bore) 28 S & F following size of G.I.
