Tender For Supplying, Installation, Testing And Commissioning Of Duct Cooler For Jawan Barracks And Dining Hall At Bn Hq Under Command Units And Shq Bsf I/Nagar Under Ftr Hq Bsf Jammu; 1 Supplying & fixing suitable size GI box wih modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess including providing and fixing 25 A modular socket outlet and 25 A modular SP MCB, “C” curve including connections, painting etc. as required. 2 Wiring for light/ power plug with 2X4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit alongwith 1 No. 4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing as required. 3 Supplying & fixing of ducting grill- Aluminium power coated high quality double louver air grill On/OFF function as per site requirement and per direction of engineer in charge. 4 Supply,installation, balancing and commissioning of factory fabricated GSS sheet metal rectangular/round ducting complete with gaskets, elbows, splitter dampers, vanes, hangers, supports etc. as per approved drawings and specifications of following sheet thickness complete as required.as per following required :- 24 guage of suitable size as per requirement (For inlet fresh air duct) 5 Providing and fixing of heavy duty Package modular Air Cooling UnitTop/ Down (Universal) discharge comprising of minimum 20000 CMH Capacity which can cool minimum 1200 Sq.ft area: -a) 4 thick imported high efficiency cellulose pads on 4 sides for superior cooling.b) Optimized single phase motor and fan to deliver the powerful airflowc) Water pump in wet section, cool flow dispanser for better cooling, auto connection for water tank to quick fill, water connection with ball valve, drain and overflow connection.d) Weather resistant UV stabilized Engineering Plastic Body with dust filter.e)Motor with power consumption of 1.1 kW for air delivery of minimum 20000 CMH. Make: Symphony 20 U or other reputed make with similar specifications in / Kaava/ Maharaja/ Sky Air Cooler/ Cool wind. 6 Supplying and fixing 9 mm XLPE insulation on the exterior of sun exposed duct to prevent cooling loss decreases sound & increase efficency etc as required (for inlet cold duct) 7 Supplying and installation of volatage/ power fluctuation protection digital stabilizer 4 KVA having voltage Range (90-300 V) as per site requirement and as per direction of Engg-in-charge. 8 Supplying and fixing fire retardant anti vibration canvas cloth etc as per site requirement and as per direction of Engg in charge 9 Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. ( for cooler and water tank stand) 10 Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank, IS : 12701 marked, with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank 11 Providing and fixing G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings including trenching and refilling etc. 15 mm dia nominal bore 12 Providing and fixing ball valve (brass) of approved quality, High or low pressure, with plastic floats complete : 15 mm nominal bore 13 Providing and fixing G.I. Union in G.I. pipe including cutting and threading the pipe and making long screws etc. complete (New work) : 15 mm nominal bore 14 Providing and fixing G.I. Union in existing G.I. pipe line, cutting and threading the pipe and making long screws, including excavation, refilling the earth or cutting of wall and making good the same complete wherever required : 15 mm dia nominal bore 15 Providing and fixing brass stop cock of approved quality : 15 mm nominal bore 16 Dismantling of RCC wall/brick wall manually /by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material and repairing of damaged wall after dismantling /cutting including plastering etc as per direction of Engineer-in-charge
