Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services - Dgr Security Services Similar Category Security Manpower Service (Dgr Approved); Admin SECURITY SERVICES a) The purpose of this service is to facilitate implementation of Security Measures at the IIFM campus and Residential premises situated at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. The service provider would provide total 33Nos. Unarmed Security personnel (03 Security Supervisors + 24 Male-Security Guard + 06 Female-Security Guard) for 24 hours per day (Monday-Sunday round the clock) in a week in the contract period i.e. one Guard for 08 hours duty. b) To Provide Security services for Security against theft, pilferage, etc. for man and material in the premises. c) Carry out activity of protecting the premises from any unauthorized entry, robbery, theft etc. to provide private security to person or property or both. d) To bring to the notice of Buyer/Principal Employer the violation of any law noticed during the course of discharge of his duties. e) Physical guarding of entry/exit points, Responsible for frisking/checking of the visitors during working hours and after, of visitors. Visitor management in common and during special occasions. Guiding visitors to the concerned official/occupants, regulating entry. f) Inwards and outwards movement of men and material’s, vehicles etc. to be maintained with proper checking as per instructions given from time to time by the buyer/Principal Employer. g) Patrolling and guarding various common areas and surroundings to ensure adequate safety and security. Round the clock patrolling of sites. Ensuring that access control systems are monitored and are in operational condition h) Assisting the occupants during emergency evacuation of building. Effective involvement during the crisis management like fire and accidents. Involve in frequent drills for preparation for emergencies. Handling of disaster management in case of emergencies and disasters. j) Other Terms & Conditions as per GeM Service Level Agreement (SLA) as applicable to DGR sponsored agencies shall also be followed.
