Tender For supply installation testing and commissioning Of Hot Water Generator Of Capacity 06 Lac Kcal/Hr Along With Allied Works At Govt. Cd Hospital, Srinagar.- 1 Supply, Installation, Testing and Commisioning of Skid mounted Horzontal type HSD/LDO fired, coil type Hot Water Generator of capacity 06 lat kcal/hr complete with burner assembly, combustion chamber comprising of belical coils (2 turns from front plate to end plate) mounted on refractory land end plate, MS shell, regfractory laid front plate, Gl Cladding, Boiler feed water pump control panel, control valves & all other allied accessories including the flue gases duet from the outlet at the top of the beller optis main chimocy of size exastly the same as outlet flue din of the HWG. The minimum mamber of passes of the HWG shall be three (03). The job shall be inclusive of dismantaling of existing damaged boiler, chimney etc. along with supply and retim header and relocation to designated site as decided by site in charge. The job also includes renovation of the foundation as per the boiler size 2 Supply, Installation, Testing and of new chimney to be fabricated out of 6mm thick M5 plate of size 350 mm dia. The job involves fabrication of chimney in three segments cach of length 5 mtr 4 mir and 4 mtr respectively. The bottom segment of the chimney 5mtr long shall be fabricated as conical section with bottom dia of the segment as 500 mm and top dia of the conical segment as 350 mm. Also the bottom of the conical segment shall be welded with 500mm dia MS flange of 16 mm thickness and top of the conical section shall be welded with 350 mm dia MS flange of 12 mm thickness. The remaining two segments each of 4 mtr length and 350mm dia shall be duly welded with 350 mm dia MS flanges having 12 mm thickness except last segment which shall be welded with only one number 350 mm dia MS Flange. The top section of the third segment of the chimney shall have conical cap to be fabricated out of 6mm thick MS plate along with chicken mesh to avoid ingress of birds inside chimney. All the three segments shall be conected with each other using nut bolts of appropriate dia. The job further includes erection of the entire chimney at the place of dismanteled chimney and using mechanised crane followed by grouting the bottom segment of the chimney with existing RCC block uning steel dash fastners, bolts & nuts of atleast 200 mm length. The balancing of the chimney shall be done by guy wire of appropriate guage from three sides of the chimney which shall be grouted in the lxlxI RCC block. The job is is inclusive of applying 2 coats of red oxide primer followed by painting the entire chimney with two coats of beat proof paint in 3 Supply, Installation, Testing and Commisioning of End suction three phase 415V,50 HZ hot water circulation pumping unit with following specifications: Discharge -108 m3/hr, Head-35m, RPM-1450, Pump Efficency -65%, Mechanical Efficency 92% or above, Impeller Material CF8M, Motor Power-25 HPThe mechanical seal shall have minimum temperature reistance of 120°C. The job includes dismantling of old pumping units and installation of new ones in its place. All the allied jobs like reducer, expander, flanges, gaskets, valves, nuts, bolts etc along with base frame of the pumping unit is included in the job. All Tools and Tackles required for the job shall be provided by the firm. The job also included upgradtion of exisiting Pump foundation as per site requirement. The job also includes complete testing of each pamping unit on full load at site.The Job further includes laying of foundation for pumps as per OEM recommendations 4 Supply, Installation, Testing and Consmisioning of MS C class pipe of 100mm diameter including all fittings like bends, elbows, Toes, flanges, reducer, expander ans structural 3 support for crecting the pipe duly wrapped with 75mmthick glass wool insulation having density 80 kg/m3) and cladded with 26 guage Alumimum cladding over the insulation 5 Supply, Installation, Testing and Commisioning of Butterfly Valve having 100mm diameter with PN16 Rating having EPDM liner and SS disk. 6 Supply, Installation, Testing and Commisioning ofNRVhaving 100mm diameter with PN16 Rating 7 Supply, Installation, Testing and Commisioning of Y Strainer having 100mm diameter. 8 SITCOF 02 No fasd STARTER WITH SINGLE PHASE PREVENTOR HAVING RELAY RANGE 30-50 a FOR 25 hp MOTR, 01 NO 250 Amp MCCB wih 50 KA Breaking capacity , 01 no Digital multi function meter and all internal wiring associated with changes to be executed in the existing panel.
