    Tender For Providing Of Consumable Material/Spares For Routine Maintenance/ Operation Of 1000Hp/750Kw Ht Slip Ring Induction Motors At Tawi Pump House, Jammu.-1.01 Providing of carbon brush holder assembly as per sample (an assembly comprises of 6 no. brush holders and 12 nos. carbon brushes of size 32x38x55mm) with tension springs and pin holding slots for different adjustment, having current carrying capacity of 650 Amp, fabricated out of gun metal material for fitment to Jyoti/BHEL make 1000HP/750KW slip ring induction motor installed at Tawi Pump House, Jammu. 1.02 Providing of spare sets of copper carbon brushes of size 32x38x55mm for 750KW/1000HP, 6.6KV slip ring induction motor (1 set comprises of 12 nos. carbon brushes) 1.03 Providing of slip ring copper leads of size185 Sq. mm(APS) for 1000 HP/750 KW HT motors installed at Tawi pump house, Jammu suitable for current carrying capacity of 650 amps of rotor current with class F insulation with thimbles of the requisite size design and specification (APS) - (1 set comprises of 06 no leads)
