Tender For Reconstruction Of Culvert At Ward Areas In Ward No 67; 1 Dismantling the existing damaged RCC slab as per deparmental officer etc., Complete 2 Desilting the Existing Drain as per the instruction ofdepartmental officer etc., complete 3 Dismantling the damaged Cement concrete as per the instruction of Departmental officers etc., Complete 4 Earth work excavation in all kinds of soil including sand, silt, wet sand under water, black cotton, stiff black cotton, clay, hard stiff clay, hard red earth, murram, stoney earth, gravel and shales etc. excepting all kinds of rock and boulders exceeding 0.014 c.u.m. in volume including rough dressing and dumping the excavated materials away from work site manually within 50m initial lead and 2m initial lift as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. departmental officers etc complete 5 Conveying the excavated earth from the site to the distance of 15kms out side of the city limit including all initial lead, lift, loading and unloading with transportation charges etc complete as per the direction of departmental officers. 6 Cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement, four sand and eight aggregate) using 40mm hardbroken granite stone jelly for foundationincluding dewatering if found necessary andlaid in layers of not more than 15 cm thickand compacted etc.,complete 7 Supplyingand erecting SHUTTTERING including necessary supports for plane surfaces such as Drain wallsetc, using mild steel sheets of size 90cm X 60Cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angles for boarding supported by Casuarinas props at suitable intervals etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed. 8 Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two fine aggregates and four coarse aggregates) using 20mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification 9 Supplying, fabricating and placing in position TMT/CTD rods for all RCC works including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors complete complying with standard specification 10 Supply and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29m high for plane surfaces such as RCC slabs, Rectangular beems, Tee (or) ECC Beam, Lintel, Bed Block, Staircase waist and landing slabs landing beams, canopy etc., in all floor with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90cm X 60cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm X 25 X 3mm for boarding laid overcountry wood joinsts of size 10cm X 6.50 cm spaced at about 90cm C/C and supports by Causrina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm C/C etc., completed as directed. Sl.No.123 11 Supplying of man hole cover and frame (SFRC) IS 12592 including fixing etc.750mmx 750mm square type as direction by departmental officer etc., complete 12 Reinforced Cement concrete 1:1.5 :3 (one cement, one and half M Sand & three course aggregate) using 20mm gauge hand broken/ and broken granite stone for all RCC items of works excluding centering shuttering and cost of reinforcement but including curing etc.,complete and also including fixing fan clamps and fixtures in rcc works wherever necessary as directed by departmental officer etc., complete. 13 Add :- GST @ 18%
