    Bids Are Invited For Repair and Overhauling Service - repair of defective towing hook, fabrication of bonding straps and repair of fresh water system; ship fitted eqipments; No; Buyer Premis H-018 Fresh water leakage is observed from 04 in Nos. wash basing taps and fresh water inlet pipe lines fitted in Jr. sailors bathroom, SO’s toilet, Officer’s toilet and Captain’s Cabin – 01 qty no. each. Observed Tap’s valve not holding and fresh water inlet pipe lines found corroded. Taps to be replaced, and pipe lines to be repaired/renewed as per sample and system to be proved for satisfactory operation. H-019 Bonding Strap for all WT doors, hatches and ventilation flaps observed deteriorated/ broken. In way job include: 1 Removal of deteriorated/ brokenBonding strap by cutting &. 2 Fitment of securing nut bolt for newly fabricated bonding Strap by aluminum welding H-020 Towing Hook moving parts jammed. Defect to be rectified with help of heating by gas welding. Same to be proved for satisfactory operation for towing emergency breakdown. Total Quantity :
