    Tender For Furnishing Work For Sbi Digital Banking Unit At Gandhinagar. BASIC STRUCTURE: The basic structure of the table shall be made out of 18 mm ply + with all open edges covered with beading. The top is extended with curve in vertical surface up to 1-3. shall be of 18 mm ply + Made from 3 Layers of 6mm flexible ply, top of the table to be finished with Installation of Solid surface of 6mm thick on top and edges. The edges to be joined should be straight, smooth and clean. Joints should only be made with joint Adhesive for manufacture specification. All corners of a cutout must be rounded to 5mm radius and the edges smoothed, both on top & bottom, all around a cutout. L & U shaped corners need smooth 5mm radius inside corner to cover the thickness & will have 1/2x1 wooden beading. The front facia will have additional 6mm thick 15 high, 1mm thick Frosty white laminate of approved make and fixed on 18mm thick commercial ply wood. All the internal surface (non visible surface) shall be provided with 0.80 mm thick balancing laminate of approved shade. Etc. All complete as per drawing DRAWER UNIT: The basic structure of the drawer unit shall be made out of 18 mm ply + 1 mm thick Frosty white laminate. It will have series of drawers (1 small at top & 3 of equal height below the same), made out of 12mm thick ply sides, 6mm thick Ply bottom & 18mm ply front facia & side supports sliding on channels.
