Tender For Repair/ Resurfacing Of Roads At Ins Sardar Patel, Nae, Inas, Nofra, Nausena Bagh And Mes Complex Under Ge Navy Porbandar; 1 Material and labour for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removingcaked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags and mechanical compressor to remove all loose dirts etc and applying evenly a tack coat with bituminous primer at 5Kg per 10 Sqm with paving bitumen complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 2 Material and labour for dense bituminous macadam not exceeding 50mm consolidated thickness using hot mix plant and mechanical paver with min 4% binder (paving bitumen VG-30 grade) content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted with power rolled 8 to 10 tonnes to required cambar and gradient complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 3 Material and labour for bituminious premix asphaltic semi dense corcrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5 % binder (As per design mix) content by weight of total mixlaid by mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete and rolling to uniform smooth surface with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 4 Repair to pot holes any depth , not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water , scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat with bituminous emulsion SS-1 @ 5kg/10 sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam (minimum binder content of 4% by weight of total mix as per design mix) well rammedand sealed with binder 9.80 kg/10 sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.30mm size and again well rammed (including supply & laying premixed macadam binder and chippings), depth of pot holes n exc 30 mm complete all as per IRC specifications complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 5 Providing and laying Asphalt painting on B. T. Surface with bitumen grade VG-30 at the rate of 5 Kg per 10 Sqm by mechanical sprayer & spreading the stone dust on prepared surface at the rate of 0.03 cum/10 Sqm & rolling with smooth wheel & pneumatic roller & brushing etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 6 Providing and applying minimum 2.0mm thick road marking strips (retro reflective) n exc 10cm wide of specified shade/colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil grease and foreign material etc complete asper direction of Engineer-in-Charge and accordance with applicable specifications. 7 M&L for preparation of old painted concrete surfaces and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour on surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed. 8 Demolition of concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for cement concrete (unreinforced) complete including removing debries ouside MD land all as specified and directed. 9 M & L for Cement concrete work in pavement / hard-standing of flexural strength 40 kg/per square centimetre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 200 mm complete all as specified and as directed. 10 M&L Finishing surfaces of concrete roads, pavements, by brooming. Complete all as specified and directed. 11 M&L for Polythene film, black, 50micron laid in floors complete all as specified and directed. 12 M&L for forming 20mm thick thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, for thickness of concrete slab 200mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge 13 M&L forming construction Joints (grade B) 30mm deep and10mm wide, with sealing compound complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge 14 M&L forming contraction (dummy) joints (Grade B) 65mm deep and 10mm wide,with sealing compound complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge
