Tender For Repairing And Cleaning Of Drain Slab And Other Allied Work At Aliah University New Town Campus, During The Year 2025 2026 - 1 Dismantling all types of plain cement concrete works, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m.In ground floor including roof.(a) upto 150 mm. thick 2 Dismantling all types of masonry excepting cement concrete plain or reinforced, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m. 3 Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mmnominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement,if any, in groundflooras per relevant IS codes.a) Pakur Variety 1st floor 4 Surface Dressing of the ground in any kind of soil including removing vegetation inequalities not exceeding 15 cm depth and disposal of the rubbishwithin a lead upto 75 m as directed. 5 Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4m using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approvedthickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams and columns, lintels curved or straingt including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion or works (upto roof of ground floor) a) 25mm to 30 mm thick wooden shuttering as per decision & direction of Engineer-In-Charge. 6 Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structuresincluding distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc initial straightening andremoval of loose rust (if necessary), cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every intersection, complete as per drawing and direction. a) For works in foundation and upto roof of ground floor/upto 4 m(i) Tor steel/Mild SteelI. SAIL/ TATA/RINL At 1st Floor 7 Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in 1stfloor as per relevant IS codes. 8 Brick work with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (1:4)(b) In superstructure,i)ground floor 9 Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (Ground floor).[Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface] (ii) With 1:6 cement mortar (c) 15 mm. thick plaster 10 Providing and fixing exterior quality Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP)wall cladding on existing Al. /MS frame work with GI brackets, ACP fixedon the existing frame work by folding the edges of ACP panel (Engravingthe rear surface of ACP sheet) with CP angles, cleats and strainless Steelscrews forming groves at the periphery of ACP panel. Such grooves filledwith foam and silicon sealant etc. complete with all materials (butincluding the cost of silicon sealant), labour, scaffolding and all otherincidental charges complete in all respect as per specification anddirection of Engineer-in-charge. PVDF coating)In Ground. floor 11 Renewing lead caulked joints for H.C.I. pipe with new gaskets. 12 Single Brick Flat Soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming anddressing bed to proper level and filling joints with local sand. 13 Supplying, fitting and fixing C.I. square jalli.(iii) 225 mm 14 Constructing Inspection pit of inside measurement 600mm X 600mm X upto 600mm (depth) with 250 mm thick 1st. class brick work in cement mortar (1:4) on all sides, bottom of the pit consisting of 100 mm thick cement concrete (1:3:6) with stone chips over a layer of jhama brick flat soling, 15 mm thick (1:4) cement plaster to inside walls and out-side walls upto G.L. and 20 mm.thick (1:4) plaster to bottom of the pit, providing necessary invert with cement concrete (1:3:6) with stone chips as per direction, neat cement finishing to entire internal surfaces, top of the pit covered with 100 mm thick R.C.C. slab (1:1.5:3) with stone chips and necessary reinforcements upto 1% and shuttering including 6 mm thick cement plaster (1:4) in all external surfaces of the slab and one 560 mm dia. R.C.C. manhole cover of approved make supplied, fitted and fixed in the slab with necessary fittings, necessary earthwork in excavation in all sorts of soil, filling sides of the pit with earth and removing spoilsafter work complete in all respect with all costs of labour and materials 15 Removing chokage of H.C.I. or S.W. pipe with split bamboo.(a) Underground 16 Galvanised corrugated iron sheet work (excluding the supporting frame work) fitted and fixed with 10 mm. dia J or L hook-bolts, limpet and bitumen washers and putty complete with 150 mm. end lap and one corrugation minimum side lap. 17 Labour for curving C.I. or G.C.I. sheet for curved roof etc.(Payment to be made on area of finished works done with thecurved sheets.) 18 (b)Supplying and Laying in the specified pattern of Interlocking Concrete Block Pavements (ICBP) with concrete blocks (with Concrete grade as specified as per Table 1 of IS 15658 2006) manufactured from BIS licensee manufacturer, with spacer nih (Small protruding profiles on the vertical face of a paver block used as a device for keeping minimum joint gap in between the paving blocks, as per Cl. No 3.26 of IS: 15658)and of specified size and shape with aspect ratio (The ratio of length to thickness of a paver block, as per CL.No.3.3 of IS: 15658) as per Table 2 of IS:15658 with flexural strength/breaking load as per Annexure G of IS:15658,on the prepared base course of specified CBR as per Table 1 of IRC SP 63 (2018) or else as mentioned in design and drawing with a cushion of compacted bedding sand of 25-35 mm thick (grading of the bedding sand as per clause 6.5.1 of IRC SP- 63) and filling up the gaps in between paver blocks with joint filling sand (the grading of the joint filling sand will be as per clause 6.5.2 of IRC SP 63) and completing the edges with cut blocks as per Cl. No. 8.7 of IRC SP-63(2018) with proper confinement of bedding and joint filling sund, compaction, levelling and filling up of the edge gap. 50mm thick colour decorative 19 Cleaning rubbish, sludge, weeds scum, liquid earth, mud etc.etc.from road side masonary drain/ hume pipe drain/ culvert etc. by mathor labour after removing concrete.Slab/manhole cover etc.without damaging the same and refixing the same properly after cleaning as necessary and removing the sludge etc.etc.by using iron pans,buckets including all labour, tools & plants including removing the spoils in dry condition and disposing thesame by truck beyond the road side in conformity with municipal/corporation rules for such disposal including loading into truck and cleaning the road side in all respects as per direction of the Engineerin- Charge.
