Bids Are Invited For Repair and Overhauling Service - Undertaking Short Refit of ICGS Ankit; Undertaking Short Refit of ICGS Ankit; No; Service Provider Premises Pre and post refit trials to be carried out to assess the performance and status of all equipment and fittings. All PAC, yard reps from Hull, Engg, Electrical departments to embark on-board. Preparation of keel blocks to be made for docking in version I and II Necessary drawings as arranged to be provided in quadruplicate for records. Tug hire charges for docking undocking and berthing / unberthing are to be provided. Pilot to be provided for all movements during docking and undocking including entering and leaving harbour. Berthing/un-berthing at wet basin to be provided including basin charges. Fire main supply of 4-bar pressure at the rate of 40 TPH to be supplied to ship for entire duration of refit. Refitting yard to provide 02 fire sentries each, where ever hot work is in progress. A/C sea water cooling line to be provided during dry docking whenever ships A/C system is in use. Supply of fresh water to be catered for 06 tons including 250 liters drinking water (RO purified) per day. However, payment to be made for actual consumption on pro rata basis. Supply of compressed air to be made available as and when required. Shore supply up to 150 KW (415V, 50 Hz, 3 phase) to be provided with provision of voltage meter including shore supply cable connection and cable to be disconnected as and when required. However, the payment to be made for actual consumption on pro rata basis. If any trader uses ships supply for welding or other works, the same to be billed to the trader as per consumption and accounted for separately with details submitted for records. 02 in nos. Carry away pipes for hull discharge openings to be provided during dry-docking. 02 in nos. Garbage boxes (200 Ltrs each) to be provided and clearance to be done twice a day as well as disposal facility to be provided for the entire refit duration Total Quantity :
