    Tender For 1.Improvement Proposal For Link Line In 11 Kv Pgcl Feeder To 11 Kv Manthangal Feeder Supply Fed From 33-11 Kv Thiruvalam Substation In Respect Of Je/O&M/Thiruvalam Section. => Limited; 1 Excavation RCC, REC, PSC poles above 8.00m lengthby using JCB/Manual 2 Erection of RCC, REC, PSC poles above 8.00m lengthby using Crane/Manual with Base Plate 3 Excavation of Stay pit 4 Erection of stay set complete with fixing up stay wire Eye, Bow, Guy Shackle, Binding etc. 5 Fixing of 11 KV V X-Arm/Tapping X-Arm/Guarding X-Arm 6 Fixing of11 KV Pin Strain Disc with Metal Parts 7 Fixing of11 KV Pin Insulator 8 Fixing of HT/LT TI Fitting 9 Paving and stringing of conductors of sizes above 7/2.59 upto 7/3.35 mm ACSRor other equivalent conductor. 10 Paving and stringing of conductors of sizes 7/4.09 mm ACSRor other equivalent conductor. 11 Transporting of all types of poles by bullock cart or other vehicle (for all size of poles including loading and unloading) for a lead upto 5KM 12 Transporting of all types of poles by bullock cart or other vehicle (for all size of poles including loading and unloading) (ii) Above 5 KM (14X75=Rs.1050) 13 Erection of DP Structure with stay as per TNEB Standard including fixing of top channel, cross bracing, concreting, painting, colour washing etc.., (i) with 11 KV AB Switch using all types of poles of size 9 m and above length 14 Transporting of Line materials from Sub stores to office/ site upto 10KM distance by engaging 1 ton capacity Minidor(lorry) 15 Transporting of conductors of all sizes from road side to pit loc upto one KM of conductor 16 Loading/Unloading of line material 17 Concretingwith 1:4:8 mix using 40 mm Jelly including curing(Material +labour) (i) Mass concreting of poles 18 Earthing of Poles with GI wires 4 or 6 SWG by coil earthing
