    Tender For Enquiry For Whole Transformer Spray Painting Work Of 132/33 Kv 63 Mva Transformer, Make Imp Through Outsource Basis At 132 Kv S/S Ujjain (Bherugarh) Under Testing Division Ujjain. Providing anticorrosive Light gray spray painting of (1) 63 MVA 132/33 KV Transformer Make-IMP bearing Sr.no. PT7507, DOC-14.03.2015 at 132 KV S/s Ujjain (Bherugarh). Painting work including conservator, piping, bushing, Turrets, Thermosyphone, Radiators, fans, fans frame, Marshalling box, control cubical and HV/LV/N Bushing with Red, yellow, Blue, Green at 132 KV S/s Ujjain (Bherugarh). Single coat of anticorrosive Light gray paint is to be applied. The paint should be of good conductor of heat and of reputed brand i.e. Asian/Berger/Nerolac etc. The paint should be applied by spray machine. The paint is to be provided by contractor scrubbing & cleaning of complete equipments and ensuring that grease/oil has been washed out before painting, also painting of X-mer wheels and Rail (with black paint) under the X-mer shorld be covered. (Red, Yelow, Blue on bushing and wheel by black paint). ( The job can be seen at site on any working day during working Hrs.)
