Tender For Carrying Out Preventive As Well As Breakdown Maintenance Of Chlorinator And Other Repairing Works At Different Water Supply Scheme In The District Of Uttar Dinajpur, Dakshin Dinajpur And Malda Under Mlmd, Phe Dte. - Carrying out preventive as well as breakdown maintenance of chlorinator (Hydraulic Diaphragm type or other) and repairing of automatically controlled chlorinator for ascertaining disinfection of different rural piped water supply schemes in Manikchak, Ratua-I and Ratua-II block water supply scheme in the district of Malda under Malda Mechanical Division, P.H.E. Sl. No. Item Description 1 Washing, cleaning of chlorinator unit including chlorine tanks, pipe line and specials etc. by engaging skilled personnel once in a month with supply of fast moving spares parts such as gland packing, clamp, nut and bolt etc. as required to keep the unit in healthy condition. 2 (93 nos x 1 time/month x 6 months)= 558 times 3 Dismantling the different chlorinator at site part by part engaging skilled personnel towards repairing and servicing of the same as per direction of E.I.C. (Measurement will be taken as per actual no.of through overhauling of chlorinator conducted by the mechanic) 4 Supply, delivery and storage of following spares. 5 15 mm dia. braided hose pipe 6 Tail piece(200 mm long) 7 15 mm dia GI Elbow 8 Long Screw 9 GM gate Valve (15 mm) 10 15 mm dia. Non return valve 11 100 litre capacity PVC chlorine storage tank 12 Diaphragm 13 GI Pipe (15 mm) 14 GI Tee (15 mm) 15 Complete Gasket Set 16 Worm wheel suitable for positive chlorine pump (MOC-PB2) 17 Ecentric (MOC-EN8) 18 Ecentric Strap (MOC-EN8) 19 Coupling rubber 20 Bearing 21 Worm shaft (MOC-EN8) 22 Slider (MOC-EN8) 23 Mobil Oil 24 Starter coil 25 SI. Indicator 26 short piece (14mm) 27 15 mm dia flexible pvc pipe for supply chlorine solution. (approved make) 28 Starter for Chlorine Motor (Approved Make) 29 Carrying charges of burnt out 0.5 HP chlorine motor set for repairing from work site to nearest workshop as per direction of EIC. 30 Rewinding of 0.5 HP chlorine motor with suitable size copper wire including heat varnishing and all complete as per direction of EIC 31 Carrying Back the repaired 0.5 HP chlorine motor set from workshop to work site. 32 Reassemble the chlorine dozing pump part by part with newly supplied materials as exactly required (from Sl. No. 3.01 to 3.24) including old serviceable spares, installation and testing complete as per direction of EIC. 33 Add GST @ 18% 34 Add Cess @ 1%
