Tender For Construction Of Passenger Shelter At Durga Nagar In Therku Kuruvikulam Village Panchayat In Kuruvikulam Panchayat Union.- Kuruvikulam Block; 1 Construction of Passenger Shelter at Durga Nagar in Therku Kuruvikulam Village Panchayat in Kuruvikulam Panchayat Union. 2 Earthwork excavation in all classes of Soils and Sub soils except hard rock requiring blasting including initial lead and lift, dressing the excavation upto bed level for Foundation as SS 20 B specification etc., complete 3 Cement Concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, labour charges for mixing, laying, compacting and curing concrete etc., complete - Base Concrete 4 Supply and filling Gravel from approved quarry for Base layer in layers not more than 15mm thick, including cost of material, labour charges for filling, levelling, sectioning and compacting etc., complete as directed by officers. 5 Brick work with cement mortar 1:5 mix using Country bricks for Foundation, Basement and Superstructure inculding cost and conveyance of all materials to site, labour charges for curing and other incidental charges etc ,complete. 6 Supplying and erection Centering for sides and soffits inculding necessary supports and structing for plain surfaces such as RCC Slab, Lintel, Beam, Column, Sunshade including cost and coveyance of all materials to site and all other incidental charges etc complete., 7 Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 using 20mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all maerials to site and all labour charges for mixing concrete, placing, ramming, vibrating with mechanical vibrator, consolidation and Curing etc., complete as directed by departmental officers. 8 Supplying and fabrication of Steel Fe 415/500 grade required for all RCC item of works involved including fabrication and labour charges for Cutting, bending, tying, placing in position, includes overlaping length wherever required etc., complete 9 Finishing the top of slopped roof, sun-shade with Decorative Tiles (Ornamental Tiles) of approved quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 20mm thick mixed with WPC at 2% by weight of cement used and top pointed with the same red oxide mixed mortar etc complete, complying with standard specifications 10 Paving the floor with Granite slabs - Super fine polished with machine cut edges laid in Cement Mortar 1:2 mix, 20mm thick and pointing the joints with colouring pigments including all labour and other incidental charges etc., complete - Granite Size 4 x 2 feet and above 18mm to 20mm thick - Jet Black shade 11 Dadooing walls with Printed Design Glazed tiles of any colour and any size laid in CM 1:2, 10mm thick. and pointing with white cement 0.4 Kg per sqm mixed with colouring pigment to siut the colour of the tiles including finishing the joints neatly complying with the standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. The Glazed tiles should be got approved from the Departmental officers before execution. (Tiles size - 150mm x150mm x6mm) 12 Paving the floor with pre-polished concrete Anti-skid tiles (Required shape and Pattern design) of 20mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three sand) 20mm thick and pointed with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m., curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. 13 Plastering with Cement Morter 1:5 mix, 12mm thick Smooth finish for Brick, RR masonry surface and other Concrete surfaces inculding cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all other labour charges, incidental charges etc., complete 14 Exterior Emulsion painting two coats with best approved quality and colourpaint over one coat of Base coat including cost and convyance of all materials to work site and labour charges etc., complete. 15 Cement Concrete 1:2:4 mix using 20mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, labour charges for mixing, laying, compacting and curing concrete etc., complete - Base Concrete 16 Manufacturing, Supplying and Fixing of Stainless Steel Hand rails for staircase near wet riser using 50mm dia 304L Grade Stainless Steel pipe of 1.60mm thick will be provided with tubular supports made of 304L Grade Stainless Steel pipe of 25mm dia of 1.60mm thick welded to the railing. The supports will be grouted into the wall and provided with 93.00mm thick Stainless Steel circular base plate of 304 Grade.
