Tender For Repair Of Ramkrishnapur Jetty - 1 PONTOON 2 Renewal of corroded and thin down plate of the pontoonDeck plate-2.35MT.Rubbing plate-0.66MT 3 Renewal of Twin bollards including doublers plate.Joining Plate-0.9MT 4 Renewal of single bollard including doublers plate. 5 Fabrication and fitment of steel blister fender from 200NB half cut pipe stiffed with ‘D’ shaped stiffed 500mm apart alongwith dressing of damaged wooden fender cleats.. 6 External hull alongwith Deck fittings of the pontoon to be painted by 01 (One) coat Zn – Chromate Primer & 02 (Two) coats Bituminous Black Paint. 7 Interior Surface alongwith inside frame work of the pontoon to be painted by 01 (One) coat Zn – Chromate Primer. 8 Chipping, scrapping, cleaning of external and internal surface of the pontoon 9 All the mooring chains of Pontoon are to be adjusted w.r.t. the Gangway & Linkway including transportation of necessary tools, tackles and manpower at site. 10 GANGWAY 11 Renewal of corroded and thin down structural membersBottom chord –ISMB 150x75-12m-180Kg.ISMA 50x50x6-44m-198Kg.ISMC 150x75-10.2m-171.36Kg.Diagonal ISMA-65x65x8-12m-92.4Kg.Gangway to pontoon steps-250Kg.Gussets, joining plates, Brackets etc.-300Kg. 12 Damaged wooden planks of Gangway to be replaced by new Malaysian Sal wood. 13 Manufacture and supply as per approved drawings of gangway rollers with pin (IS: 1873 class-II) and transported to the site for installation as per instruction and satisfaction of engineer in charge 14 Yoke assembly members alongwith gangway rollers, pins to be thoroughly cleaned and painted with ready mix red lead (two coats) 15 Yoke assembly members alongwith gangway rollers, pins to be thoroughly cleaned and painted with ready mix black Japan (Two coats) all yoke rollers, yoke pin, pontoon end rollers etc. will be greased after complete installation 16 Gangway to be jacked up to facilitated renewal of defective pontoon end roller. 17 Entire Gangway and yoke table to be chipped cleaned & painted by one coat primer & Two coats Anti-corrosive Aluminum paint. 18 LINKWAY 19 Damaged wooden planks of Linkway to be replaced by new Malaysian Sal wood. 20 ISMA for holding the wooden planks ISMA 50x50x6-30m- 135Kg.Nut bolt and washer-200Kg.(Gangway and linkway) 21 Linkway structural members, store room structural member to be chipped, scrapped, cleaned and painted by one coat primer and two coats of finish paint.
