    Tender For Repair Of Vessel M.V. Kolkatasree - 1 Propeller Shaft & Rudder arrangements including all bushes are to be dismantled and fitted back after necessary repair. 2 Port side rudder stock worn out journals to be metalizing and machining. 3 STBD side bend rudder stock straightening and worn-out journals to be metalized and machining with renewal of stock flange. 4 Both side propeller shaft worn out journals metalizing by S.S. Electrode & machining to suit with the respective bushes and trueness to be checked & rectified. 5 Rubber cutlass bush re-rubberizing i.e two number of stern buses and Two number of A Bracket bushes. 6 Both side broken propeller blades repaired by dove tail joining method with the Mn-Bronze piece welded by bronzed electrode. 7 Dynamically Balancing of both side propeller. 8 Both side Propeller and coupling bed-in with the respective propeller shaft. 9 Steel fender 200 NB, 8 MM thick half cut pipe stiffened with ‘D’ shaped stiffeners 500 mm apart. 10 Sea water tank(500Ltr) to be fitted including pipeline and valves. 11 Indian WC to be modified by Western Toilete.
