Auction Sale Of Lot No.Kgpw/Building Structure/07/25-26/13, Description- Unused And Condemned Building Structure Of South-West Corner Adjacent With Shop No. 35 At Kharagpur Workshop Will Be Sold Above The Ground Level. Materials To Be Sold As Is Where Is Basis (By Lot Only). Bricks Content In Nos. (Approx) 28.80 Cum (10368 Nos.), Ferrous Qty For Column Part (Approx) 5549.91 Kgs, Wooden Frame Work Qty (Approx) 7.15 Cum (6400 Kgs), Non Ferrous Qty (Aluminium Work Approx) 56.20 Sqm (151.74 Kgs), Special Condition:- (I) Materials To Be Sold As Is Where Is Basis. Cutting And Dismantling Will Be Allowed Up To The Ground Level. (Ii) No Explosives Can Be Used For Demolishing. (Iii) Purchaser Has To Inspect The Lot Before Bidding And Should Satisfy Himself About Condition And Content Of The Lot As It Is Sold On As Is Where Is Basis No Refund Claim Will Be Entertained Under Any Circumstances. (Iv) Cutting And Dismantling Has To Be Done In The Presence Of Authorized Railway Witnessing Official Under Of Aden/Wsp/Kgp. (V) The Purchaser Shall Accept Whatever Quantity Becomes Available For Disposal Against Sro To Be Issued Against Estimated Quantities As Mention. The Railway Administration However Will Not Guarantee In Specified Quantity/Quantities. (Vi) Delivery Programme And Co- Ordination For Delivery Witnessing Official Will Be Made By Aden Or His Authorized Representative. (Vii) Delivery Witnessing Official Has To Ensure That Debris/Waste Etc., Arisen Out Of Dismantling Are Cleared By Purchaser Before Taking Delivery Of Last Truck For Released Material. (Viii) Purchaser Will Arrange To Provide Safety Gears To Which Engage Workers And Abide By All Relevant Regulation. Any Injury/Death/Accident Cause During Cutting, Dismantling And Delivery Of Scrap Will Be On Purchaser Account. No Railway Property Shall Be Damage In Course Of Delivery. If Any Damage Is Sustained To Railway Property, Proportionate Loss Value Will Be Recover From Purchaser. (Ix) Stock Holder (Sse/Works/Wsp/Kgp And Aden/Wsp/Kgp) Must Ensure That During Delivery No Excess Material Is Issued Than For These Four Items I.E. (A) Bricks = 10368 Nos. (B) Ferrous Qty For Column Part = 5549.91 Kgs (C) Wooden Frame Work =6400 Kgs (D) Non-Ferrous (Aluminium Work) = 151.74 Kgs. (X) Stock Holder (Sse/Works/Wsp/Kgp And Aden/Wsp/Kgp) Will Ensure From Concern Department About Electrical Disconnection And Other Permission In The Lot Area. (Xi) Loading Will Be Done By Purchasers Own Arrangement. (Xii) Other E-Auction Terms & Condition Will Be Applicable.
