Main Engines (Make- , Diesel Engine As Per Is 10001 - E-064: 9000 hrly routine on Port and Stbd main engine will be fall due post exploitation of 436.45 and 418.50 hrs respectively. Following jobs as part of 9000 hrly routines on both main engines to be carried out through PAC firm M/s GMMCO, Chennai as per Maintops promulgated vide ICGSMA letter 364/25 dated 30 Sep 2020:- 9000 H-1 Before starting maintenance work, carryout test run and record engine parameters, then drain coolant and flush coolant system. 9000 H-2 : Overhaul BME cylinder head assemblies. 9000 H-3 : Replace BME fuel injectors. 9000 H-4 Inspect and recondition/ exchange following subassemblies of BME: (a) Cam shaft follower (b) Engine exhaust manifold seals (c) Exhaust manifold bellows (d) Fuel pressure regulating valves (e) Fuel priming pump (1) Fuel pump (g) Inlet manifold seals and gaskets (h) Oil pump (0) Push rods (k) Rocker arm (1) Spacer plate (m) Software update (n) Turbo charger (p) After cooler core (q) Connecting rods and connecting rod bearings (r) Cylinder liners (s) Scavenge oil pump (t) Engine wiring harness (u) Piston and piston pins (v) Pre lube pump 9000 H-5: Carryout harbour trials and sea trials.
