Flange 150 mm dia heavy duty holes as per site requirement. 10 Supply of M.S. bend of 200 mm dia, 900 heavy duty. make of pipe: Jindal / tata/ISI mark 11 Supply of M.S. bend of 150 mm dia, 900 heavy duty. make of pipe: Jindal / tata/ISI mark 12 Providing/Fixing of S.S. pressure gauge having range 0 to 100 psi and 150 mm dia including pipe fittings, bib cock etc. Make: H Guru/ Fibeg/ DJB approved make 13 Supply of neoprene rubber packing sheet having 50% neoprene thickness 1.5mm to 25 mm as per site requirement.Make: Jyoti/Worth/ DJB approved (DJB SOR item code- 22.6.1) 14 Supply of good quality M.S Nut bolts washer as per site requirement.ISI marked 15 S/o single core 70 sq mm armoured copper wire make- Havells/KEL/DJB approved 16 Closing of suction & delivery side sluice valves and providing /fixing of blind flanges of suitable size for stopping the water leakage on delivery and main header with the help of proper logistics arrangement and shifting the same at safe place for making the site workable. 17 Dismantling of pump-set i.e. pump and motor from foundation by disconnecting electric connection, removing of coupling etc. by cutting of nut & bolts with the help of gas cutter and man power etc. as required and dismantling of old starter including removing all electric connections by taking proper safety precautions as per site requirement. 18 Breaking of concrete foundation with hydraulic hammer & dismantling of existing MS base frame from CC foundation by cutting of foundation bolts with the help of gas cutter and taking out with the help of heavy manual labor & taking all safety measures as required at site. 19 Recasting of CC foundation by plastering & making a wet layer with material like cement, concrete, sand, etc. i/c supply and grouting of foundation bolts etc. as required. 20 Installation of above 75 HP motor and pump along with the MS base frame on CC foundation, the job i/c installing and fixing reducers on both sides, fixing with proper alignment, cartage , taking all safety precautions arranging all tools & tackles etc. and fixing of coupling guardand connection the motor from panel / starter, Consumable items. This is a turnkey joband it further includesany left out items which may be required during execution of work will be firm responsibility & no extra payment will be paid. 21 Installation of the above new starter including fixing of starter at base as per directions of engineer in charge, making electric connections to the motor and panel as required while taking all safety precautions including any minor civil work required complete with finishing 22 Testing & commissioning of pump sets after opening of suction and delivery valve first off load & then on load. 23 Cartage charge to and fro for man & material, loading & unloading at suitable place as per direction of engineer in-charge.
