Up Gradation Of Pump Set No 4 At Kanahiya Nagar Sps In Ac 16- 1 Up-Gradation of pump set no. 4 at Kanahiya Nagar SPS SPS by carrying out the following work:- Decoupled of existing old motor and pump base frame by opening of motor and pumps, removing of coupling from shaft of pump and motor by using puller and making all required arrangement and disconnections of cables form motor terminal. 2 Supply of 125 mm dia MS black pipe B class Make: Jindal / Tata 3 Supply of 150 mm dia MS black pipe B class Make: Jindal / Tata 4 Supply of 125 mm dia CI double flangedSluice Valve, P.N- 1.0 Make:Kirloskar / IVC/ DJB approved 5 Supply of 150 mm dia CI double flanged NRV, P.N- 1.0 Make: Kirloskar / IVC/DJB approved 6 Supply of 125 mm dia CI double flanged NRV, P.N- 1.0 Make: Kirloskar / IVC/DJB approved 7 Supply of M.S. Band, M.S. Taper, M.S. flange, heavy duty and other fabricated fittings of required size as per site requirement. 8 Supply of sewage p/set model SHM-150/32 or equivalent, 25 Meter Head, Discharge: 390 m3/hr, suction delivery 150 x150 mm dia with C.I. Impeller & EN-8 Shaft and supply of50 HP, 4 pole/1440 RPM fan cooled (TEFC) squirrel cage induction motor (IE2) Horizontal foot mounted induction motor and of any other equivalent models with similar specification, continuously rated suitable for operation on 415+-10%, 50 Hz+-5% AC supply with class ‘F’ Insulation& gland packed. Make M&P / Kirlosker / Becon/ / DJB approved makeMake of motor:- Bharat Bijlee/C.G./ABB/ DJB approved make 9 Repairing of C.C. foundation with suitable ratio of, sand and cement as per standard size suitable for above p/set i/c complete finishing etc. as required including labour and other material required so as to complete the foundation. 10 Fabrication of MS base frame made out of heavy duty MS channel as per site requirement. 11 Fitting of M.S. base frame on C.C. foundation after proper alignment/level, Fitting of p/set on the base frame with the help of necessary material as required and inserting rubber insertion pad so as to remove vibration in pump set. 12 Supply and fixing of complete tyre coupling set of size suitable for pump set as above. 13 Supply and fixing of M.S. coupling guards suitable for above p/set. Jali includes drilling holes in M.S. base frame & fixing the same with the help of necessary nut bolts & washers etc. as required at site. 14 3x35 sq. mm PVC insulated & PVC sheathed Aluminum armored conductor cable confirming to IS: 1554 (Part-i) complete as required. Make: Make: - Gloster, Grandlay, Havells, Plaza, ICC, ICL, Universal 15 Supply of Neoprene Rubber sheet Having 50% neoprene, 3 mm thickness.Make: Jyoti/ Worth/National. 16 Supply of Nut bolt & Washer of off size. 17 Dismantling of pump set form the base frame after closing the suction and delivery valve to leak proof the system with the help of blank dead flange as per required size. 18 Removing of MS base frame from the RCC foundation by cutting with hammer machine, gas cutter etc. and taking out of complete MS frame to a suitable place of pump house. 19 Making of suction and delivery lines of suitable size gap pieces by cutting of pipes, welding from both sides and laying completely alignment of pipe line with required nut bolt, rubber packing’s, tool &tackles i.e. welding machine, gas cutting arrangements andpainting of lines & base frame specialsby taking all safety guidelines as per instruction of Engineer in Charge 20 Installation ofnew pump 150/32 model end suction sewage pump with the new 50 HP induction motor on base channel with complete alignment on foundation bolts grouting as per site requirement, all above electrical items, laying of cables & making all electrical connection, thimbling & taping in all respect. 21 Painting of complete allE&M equipments like valve, motor, NRV, flanges etc. after scrubbing the rust from emery paper with double coat of primer 22 Transportation charges for to and fro of men and material including loading and unloading etc. at a suitable place of material as per instruction of site incharge 23 Testing and commissioning of above system first at NO LOAD and then at ON LOAD and for its proper operation as per the satisfaction of engineer in charge.
