    supply installation testing and commissioning Of 7.92 Mgd Pump For Set No 01 And Allied Works At Geeta Colony Bps.- 1 Dismantling of old Pump and otheraccessories from existing pump set no.1, removing of all cable connection after closing of inlet and outlet sluice valveswith help of required tools & Tackles 2 Supply ofPump set, 7.92 MGD HS Casing Centrifugal clear water pump 350X 300 MM, 1475 RPM, 84% Effiecincy, with Bronze Impeller, S/S 410 Shaft& Gland Packed Head 40mtr, Flow 1500 m3/hr.Mounted on common Base frame/ Coupling and Guard Make of Pump: Kirloskar,Wilo 3 Supply of nut bolts different size as per site requirement. 4 Supply of neoprene rubber packing sheet 50% synthetic. 5 Recasting the existing RCC foundation with steel bar and cement concrete. The job include grouting the foundation bolts of suitable size as per site requirement. made out of SS410 etc 6 Fixing of Pumpset on the foundation by proper level of the RCC foundation with grouted nut bolts as per site requirement. 7 Fixing of 1 nos Pump with existing motor by proper fitting with suction & delivery line and fitting of sluice valve & NRV with the help of all accessories i.e MS pipe, tail piece, flanges Tools & tackles and civil worketc as per requirement at site in direction of Engineer in Charge. 8 Testing & commissioning the pump set after operate the valve on unload and Full load.
