Replacement Of Lt Panels And Starters And Other Electrical Equipment At C6a And A1a Block Bps In Janakpuri Constituency (Ac- 30).- 1 Following work to be carried out at C6A Block BPS in Janakpuri :-Dismantling of existing L T Panel and electrical system after disconnecting incoming and outgoing connections, Starters connections, Cable connections, removing the existing material using labour, tools and tackles etc. as per site requirement. 2 Supply / Fabrication of L T Panel Board cubical type, floor mounting, dust & vermin preventing construction of the minimum size 1600 X 1800 X 400 mm, suitable for indoor fixing, made out of 16 SWG CRCA sheet, with provisions for cable entry. The panel should have required chambers and bus bar alleys. It should be suitable for operation and maintenance and having doors complete with locks etc. for each chamber. The rating of main bus bars has to be 150 Ampere for three phases and half for the neutral in Aluminium construction duly sleeved with phase indicating heat shrinkable Sleeves. It should be painted through powder coating process and with complete provisions suitable for all the switchgears as below to be fitted / installed properly with complete mounting accessories, with complete internal connections of switchgears and control gears with the main bus bars in the Panel through copper cable orbus bars as required along with making all the required wiring connections for all measuring and indicating instruments with all the accessories, thimbles, ferrules etc. complete in all respect as per requirement. The Panel should have chambers and insertions as per following details. Make for following Switchgears- L&T/ Schneider/ BCH/ DJB approved. Make for following metering instruments -L&T/ Schneider/ AE/ DJB approved.
