supply installation testing and commissioning Of New Valves By Replacement Of Old Defective Valves For Pump Set No 7 9 N 10 At Old Avantika Online Bps In Ward No 24 Vijay Vihar Under Ac 06 Rithala Constituency- 1 Supply of 150 mm CI double flanged swing type non returnvalve as per IS:5312 PN 1.0 CI body door/bronze to rubber ring/ SS 410 twin pin make- Kirloskar/IVC/DJB approved (SOR DJB item code-4.14.6) 2 Supply of 150 mm CI double flanged non-rising spindle sluice valve PN 1.0 IS:14 sub, CI body/wedge/bronge ring/SS 410 shaft construction & SS IS:6603 Gr.12 CR 12 CISI mrked manual operation make- Kirloskar/IVC/DJB approved (SOR DJB item code-4.12.6) 3 Supply of 200 mm CI double flanged non-rising spindle sluice valve PN 1.0 IS:14 sub, CI body/wedge/bronge ring/SS 410 shaft construction & SS IS:6603 Gr.12 CR 12 CISI mrked manual operation make- Kirloskar/IVC/DJB approved (SOR DJB item code-4.12.7) 4 Closing of suction & delivery side sluice valves and providing /fixing of blind flanges of suitable size for stopping the water leakage on delivery and main header with the help of proper logistics arrangement and shifting the same at safe place for making the site workable. 5 Dismantling of old NRVs and valves by cutting of nut & bolts with the help of gas cutter and man power etc. as required by taking proper safety precautions including any manual labour as per site requirement and shifting the same at safe place for making the site workable. 6 Installation of above valves & NRVs, the job includes installing and fixing with proper alignment, taking all safety precautions arranging all tools & tackles etc.in the supervision of engineer in- charge at site. This is a turnkey joband it further includesany left out items which may be required during execution of work will be firm responsibility & no extra payment will be paid. 7 Testing & commissioning of all NRVs and valves after opening of suction and delivery valve first off load & then on load. 8 Cartage charge to and fro for men & material, loading & unloading at suitable place as per direction of engineer in-charge.
