supply installation commissioning Of Additional G I Pipes For Improvement Of Water Discharge Of Tube Wells At Shank No6 To 17 Yamuna Flood Plain Area Ward No5 Baktawarpur Ac01- 1 Dismentling the exisiting sluice, NR valves and G.I Pipe gap piece etc. by opening and cutting of worn out nut bolts by the help of gas cutter/manual which connects the header line of tube wells. This job also includes the work of hanging of exisitingpipeline in proper manner after taking all safety precations by the help of chain pully. 2 S/o submersible cable with copper conductor having three core sizes 6 sq. mm working on 1100V. Make:-Finolex/Plaza/Unistar or any other make approved by DJB. 3 S/o of 3 mtr. GI pipe 100 mm dia size ,medium class with GI flange welded in both sides 3 Mtr long with ms strips complete with threading work on each side of pipe each flange should be 4 holes and cut for cables. Make of pipe:- Jindal / TATA. 4 S/o G.I required off size threaded heavy duty nut-bolts of good quality. 5 Supply ofneoprene rubber packing sheet having 50% neoprene , 3 mm thick Make Jyoti/Worth/DJB approved. 6 Installation/lowering of additional 3 nos of pipes in each bore with additional submersible cable along with pipe fitting after making proper joint with the help of water proof tape. Proper fixing of existing valves, gap piece etc. after lowering additional pipes in bore. Making proper electrical connection at existing star delta starter panel and making calibration of relays as per exisitng load for proper safety/ protection of submersible pump set by skilled electrician. Also includes the work of fixing of proper packing sheet at every joint of pipe to avoid leakage and proper tightening the nut bolts by the help heavy men power and chain pully required to lower additional 3 nos of pipes with cable in bore andThis job also includes the testing and commissioning of all E&M equipments at no load and full load conditions as per standard form and full satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.The job also includes the transportation charges of chain pulley, tools and tackles etc.
