Removing connections from earthling strip. 11 Dismantling of old pump after disconnecting from suction and delivery pipe lines, by cutting old rusted nut bolts using gas cutter and manual labour, decoupling with motor,. Job includes shifting of pump sets with base frame to ground level, etc. as reqd. 12 Mark area of foundation to be removed isolate utilities and use PPE while working, breaking foundation using jack hammer and dispose of debris. 13 Casting of RCC foundation, Plastering and making wet layer of cement on the foundation. 14 Fixing of newly fabricated MS Base Frame on the RCC foundation plastering/filling the gap of RCC foundation and MS base frame with the help of nuts as required. 15 S/O Nut Bolts 16 Supply of neoprene rubber sheet having 50% neoprene, as per required size. Make Jyoti/Worth/DJB approved SOR 22(D) 17 S/o PVC insulated copper conductor cable 16 Sq mm having 4 core Make Finolex/Polycab/Havells/Grandalay/Djb Approved 18 Installation of new pump and existing motor on base frame, fixing of pump sets , with suction and delivery pipe lines, coupling with motor, and making realignment of motor with pump & providing all accessories required as per site requirement. 19 Making electrical connections of motor with proper thimbling & other allied works as per site requirement. 20 Testing and commissioning by checking all connection are tight and properly insulated, performing insulation resistance test, checking of earthing continuity, test operation of individual components, energize the panel and check voltage each phase, Run the motor on no load to observe current, voltages, phase sequence, and run the motor on full load after all above checks.
