supply installation testing and commissioning Of 800 Amp Acb Of Set No. 2, 3 And 5 In Lt Panel Installed At Jagatpuri Bps.- Dismantling of old ACB&otheraccessories from existing Panel, removing of all cable connection after taking H.T Supply shut downwith help of required tools & Tackles. 2 Providing of bus bar for connection of 800Amp. ACB size 100x10mm including links, bends, aluminium bus bar will be of electrolytic grade 55% conductivity or as per relevant IS having sufficient cross section area insulated with heat shrinkable PVC sleeve in phase colour identification. The bus bar support insulator shall be of class F insulation made out of non-hygroscopic material as SMC/DMC. All hard ware for connection/joints shall be in high tensile. 3 Providing the 800 Amp. Air circuit Breakers, Microprocessor Based , Manually draw out with triple pole workable on 415 Volts 50 KA c/s AC Supply of rating 800 AMP- make- C&S/ L&T/ Schneider 4 Arrangement of incoming / outgoing cable termination by providing & fixing of terminal link of current carrying capacity 800Amp.With phase separator in acrylic sheet. Removable cable gland plate to be provided for each cable entry with cable gland. 5 Providing/Fixing of Under voltage trip unitMake: - AE/L&T 6 Providing of Amp. Meter digital Type 2500/5 Amp. Make:- AE 7 Providing of Volt Meter (0-500) Volt Digital Type. Make:- AE 8 Providing of Indicating Lamp with Holder.Make: - L&T/ Domain/ Vaishno/ Schneider. 9 Fixing of the 800Amp. ACB in the existing LT panel Board including providing & fixing of the base frames of suitable sizes for ACB in the chamber Modification in panel door to Fit new ACB in panel. Measuring instruments, lamps, at the metering chamber along with complete wiring through 2.5 SQ mm single core copper wire including providing and fixing of necessary etc. and fixing the backup fuses as per requirement Making connection of both incoming &outgoing side as required with proper insulation. 10 Testing & commissioning of installed equipment’s, as per required parameters with relevant IS testing of the panel prior to switching on as followi) Continuity and earth testingii) Meggaring of all equipment’s for phase to phase, neutral to body, neutral to earth and phase to earth.iii)checking for all tightness of nut and boltsiv) Alignments of doors etc.v) Interlocking tests.vi) All function tests
