supply installation testing and commissioning Of 2 Nos Of 25 Hp Pump Set At C-Block Vivek Vihar Sps.- 1 Dismantling of existing pump, motor from the base frame by cutting of rusted M.S nut bolts and foundation bolts by gas cutter set and electric welding machine, removing all the nut bolt and worm out M.S Base frame from the RCC foundation suction and delivery side by gas cutter set and electric welding set job also includes dismantling the suction & delivery side sluice valve, NRV, taper bend etc. as per side requirement and lifting of pump and motor on safe place. Breaking of RCC foundation by pneumatic power hammer chisel and electric compressor machine etc. the job includes removing the broken material from P/H and disposing the same at suitable place. 2 Supply of sewage/solid Handling non clog pump for sewage water applications having minimum discharge 375 m3/ hr, minimum head 12 meter with SS impeller& neck ring, SS 410 Shaft & SS sleeve, CI body, Pump suction/delivery size 150mmx150 mm. Make:- KBL/M&P/Jyoti/WPIL. 3 Supply of 25 HP, 3 phase AC, 1450 rpm TEFC squirrel cage induction motor. SOR Code No. 3.10.13 Make- KEC/Crompton/ABB/Jyoti. 4 Supply of coupling and coupling guard for pump and motor. 5 Supply of MS base frame suitable for pump and motor. 6 Supply of MS Pipe of all size as per site requirement. 7 Supply of MS specials of all size as per site requirement. 8 Providing and fixing bolts including nuts and washers complete. DSR Code 10.20 9 Making of drainage system of waste water of pump by providing and fixing of suitable size of GI pipe 25,40,50 MM with all fittings MS clamps bends, union and threading at site, civil work etc for all as required. 10 Supply of Neoprene rubber packing sheet 100 % Neoprene (1.5 mm to 25 mm) . Make: Jyoti/national/any DJB approved. 11 Loading, unloading and Transportation charges for man & material etc. complete in all respect. 12 Arrangements of all safety equipments like oxygen cylinder, safety belt, gum boots, ladder etc. as required as per direction of engineer in charge. 13 Fixing of M.S. base frame on the RCC foundation the job includes proper leveling and alignment, Installation of the pump set with proper alignment and also making of all electrical connections, fitting all valves, bends etc. as required. 14 Testing / commissioning of the pump set on NO load & full load after making of all connections.
