IP 65 protection. resistant to impact and corrosion. glare-free,better uniformilty complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Crompton LPTH-20-CDL/WWor equivalant in Philip/ Wipro. 4 Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated , screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 sq mm 2 core complete all as specified and directed. 5 Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5M in depth for laying of cables and getting out of excavated material complete all as specified and directed. 6 Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each, excavated soil in trenches after the cables have been laid and tested complete all as specified and directed. 7 Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and directed. 8 Supply and fixing 2 core 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated PVC sheathed weather proof multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade drawn through in GI conduit, pole etcfrom junction box to juno light fitting including dismantling of existing unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed. 9 Material and labour for cement concreate 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping etc including necessary form work and finishing the surface with cement mortar 1:4, 5mm thick finished to the portion of PCC muffs above ground level complete all as specified and directed. 10 Supply and fixing thermoplastic cable junction boxes IP 66 halogen free and weather proof for outdoor Installationwith metric knockout for cable entry of size130 x180x77mm fixing on pole with MS clamps, nut bolts, washers and glands suitable for 10 Sq mm 02 core cable with RYB cable terminal Blockall as specified and directed.Make : HENSEL Cat No DK-1000G or equivalent in Neptune/ Sintex 11 Material and labour for galvanised iron tubing 50 mm bore dia medium grade off sizewith all fitting laid under floor / road crossing or in trenches or fixed to inside the pole /walls with clamps as required etc complete all as specified and directed.
