Providing And Fixing Of Pump Set No. 2 At 1024 Ews House Mayur Vihar Phase-Iii Bps.- 1 Dismantling of old 30HP pump set by removing electric connection and remove the common base frame, sluice valve and NRV from suction and delivery side by cutting old nut bolt with the help of gas cutter and manual labour and also removing the old cable from old starter as per site requirement. 2 Supply of Energy Efficient Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled (TEFC) Squirrel Cage Induction Motors (IE2) (Enclosure confirming to protection IP55) Horizontal Foot Mounted Induction Motors, continuously rated suitable for operation on 22KW/30 HP, 4 Pole 415V+/-10%, 50Hz+/-5%, A.C. supply with class F insulation for 50 Deg C ambient temperature and altitude less than 1000M above MSL and confirming to IEC:60034-1 & IS 12615:2018. SOR Code No. 3.10.14 Make:- Kirloskar/ABB/CG. 3 Supply of Horizontal split casing centrifugal pump suitable for clear water application having minimum 40 mtrs head, minimum discharge 160 m³ / hr, 1450 RPM. The pump should be fitted with C.I. casing, bronze impeller, bronze sleeve, shaft sleeve, shaft of EN-8/SS in standard fitting having suction / delivery sizes 150 mm x 100 mm. Base frame for 30 HP pump set complete. 12 Providing and fixing bolts including nuts and washers complete. DSR Code No. 10.20 13 Pumping out of water by springs tidal, or river seepage broken water main or drain and the like. SOR Code No. 50.1.1 14 Supplying and installing following size of perforated painted with powder coating M.S. cable trays with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with M.S. suspenders including bolts & nuts, painting suspenders etc. as required. 200 mm width X 50 mm depth X 1.6 mm thickness.
