Tender For Arboriculture Works At Lalgarh Jattan, Sriganganagar And Fazilka (Job No 10C/Amwp/2019-20/03, Job No 10C/Amwp/2021-22/05, Job No Mwp/Swc-06/2021-22 And Mwp/Swc-03/2023-24); 1 Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundations, shafts, wells, cess pits, manholes, for taking out old pipe/cable and laying new pipe/cable etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in any type of soft including trimming the sides and forming bottom surfaces to required levels complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 2 Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed. 3 Removing excavated material (surplus soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 4 Material and labour for hard core of broken stone or boulders of gauge not exceeding 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge. 5 Material and labour for PCC ( 1:4:8),type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 6 Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6), type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of flooring complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 7 Material and labour for brick work with well burnt clay, sub class B bricks (old size), straight or curved on plan exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed. 8 Material and labour for Glazed ceramic coloured wall tiles of size 350mmx250mm, 7mm thick / 450mmx350mm, 7mm thick square or rectangular area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, as in vertical surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile, tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick bedding layer (rendering) in cement mortar (1:4) and finish the surface rough to receive the tile complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 9 Material and labour for Non Skid ceramic coloured tiles7 to 8 mm thick square or rectangular area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm as in floor, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile, tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick bedding layer (screed bed) in cement mortar (1:4) and finish the surface rough to receive the tile complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 10 Supply and fixing precast RCC (1:1.5:3) type A1 lawn bench and back support of size 1.5x0.60m of suitable for three person seating capacity, supporting precast RCC type A-1 for back and base with including assemble the precast member with suitable nut bolts and placing and anchoring with hold fast 350mm-16mm dia MS bar on concrete base (size 2.10m x 1.50m) with 100mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 over 150mm thick sub base (1:4:8) type D2 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 11 Supply and fixing of pre-fabricated decorative sandstone fountain of height not less than 1.80 metres and base diameter ranging from 0.45 to 0.50 metres, comprising three-tier lotus-shaped carved bowls complete all as shown in skecth (as per Appendix A to PSS-II). The fountain shall be made from high-quality natural sandstone/marble, uniformly finished, free from cracks or structural defects. Each tier shall be elegantly carved in lotus petal form, as per the approved design and colour shade. The work includes provision of a circular base/support structure (ghera) around the fountain, crafted from the same or matching stone material, with approximate diameter as per site requirement and as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. All materials and workmanship shall conform to the approved sample. The item includes all labour, tools, and incidental civil works required for proper fixing, leveling, and anchoring at site, complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.Note : Excavation, earth work, PCC for foundation, sub base, brick work, vertical and floor tile inside the fountain and water connection/arrangement upto base of fountain shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ. 12 Supply and laying or fixing or laid in trenches / ducts / through pipes / in floors / under roads / under hard standing /along poles and testing, Cross linked Polyethylene (XLPE) LT Cable, XLPE Insulated, PVC inner sheathed, bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured cable (heavy duty) 1100 volt gradewith stranded aluminium conductor having cross sectional area 6 Sqmm2 core conforming to IS-7098 (Part-I)-1988 with upto date amendments, complete allas specified and as directed.Note :- (i) Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, brick protection, boring/cutting of road and pipe shall be measured & paid separately under appropriate item of this Schedule.) 13 Supply and laying in trenches or inserting in bore hole double wall corrugated pipe (DWCPE), nonmetallic, resistance to compression type 450 resistance, resistance to impact, normal resistance to bending pliable resistance to external influence, ingress protection IP 67, resistance against corrosion without protection, non flame propagating, nominal outside diameter 40mm minimum /internal dia 32mm confirming to IS 16205 (Part-24) 2017 including necessary jointing material i.e. snap fit coupler with rubber ring, sealing plug, tees, bend, angel bend etc for passing electrical cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge 14 Material and labour for boring of holes under road pavement, hard standing or any other situation by manual mean (trenchless boring) for accommodate/inserting pipe upto 50mm bore in the drilled holes, including returning, filling in the end working space including removal of surplus soil and making good the surface complete all as specified and as directed.Note ; (i) Only length of the road/hard standing/Pavement will be measured for payment and cost for excavation, returning filling and making good at both side of bore shall deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate nothing extra shall be paid on this account.(ii) Pipe shall be measured and paid separately) 15 Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Openwell outdoor type Submersible pump ideal for fountain for water circulation with lifting capacity upto 3 mtr, oil free, copper wounded, SS body, Cap 0.5 HP, Single phase, Voltage range 160 - 240 Volts, 50 Hz, with all necessary acessories requiredfor fixing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Warranty certificate should be submitted by contractor as per manufacturers warranty. 16 Supply and fixing single door DB (made out of CRCA sheet not less than 1.2mm thick) SPN, 2 Way 240V, conforming to IS-13032, DB shall be semi glosy finished with epoxy polyster based powder paint sprayed and backed at high temperature between powder paint process to ensure smooth finish and protection against corrosion atmosphere. Note :- Warranty certificate should be submitted by contractor as per manufacturers warranty. 27 Supply only portable impact sprinkler (brass) system ISI marked on MS tripod base as per sample kept in GE office with inlet nozzle suitable for 20mm flexible PVC pipe, 360 degree coverage and adjustable deflactor flap to adjust throw distance upto 80 feet and height adjustable complete all as specified and as directed. 28 Material and labour for fabricated and fixing MS tree guard made out of expanded metal, angle iron and flat iron as per drawing approved by GE, legs embedded in PCC (1:2:4) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate including necessary earth work and two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.Note :- Weight of tree guard (comlete) shall be physically ascertained through a board of officers convened by CWE and payment shall be made only after the actual weight at site. 29 Material and labour for digging holes of 60cm dia and 90cm depth in any type of soil and refilling the same with the earth mixed with manure or sludge in the ratio of 2:1 by volume (2 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20% : 1 part of stacked volume of manure after reduction by 8%) flooding with water filling with earth if necessary and finally fine dressing, levelling etc including removal of surplus earth if any and declared unserviceable earth to a distance not exceeding 100 m and depositing where directed by spreading and levelling at a level not exceeding 1 metre above the starting point including anti-termite treatment by digging pits 30 cm deep and 4 cm dia, 3 to 4 holes around the tree using chemical emulsion at the rate of 1.5 liter per hole in two time or more application to get the trees free from termite infection chemicals used Chlorpyriphos 20% EC in the ratio of 1% concentration including supplying in suitable size of poly bag, stacking and planting of following trees/plant including maintenance of the plants for 6 Months or more till the plants fit for mowing complete all as specified and directed by engr in charge. All finished grades shall meet approval of the Project Manager before grassing is done.
