Replacement Of Faulty Main Power Cable And Allied Works For Tube Wells Installed Inside The Premises Of Keshopur Stp In Rajouri Garden Constituency, Ac 27.-LT Distribution panel sheet steel enclosure made out of 2mm CRCA sheet totally enclosed, powder coated free standing, floor mounted type, dust& vermin proof, outward opening, lockable doors having hidden hinges and a bolted back cover both using non-deteriorating neoprene rubber gaskets to provide IP-54 protection. Each part of the fabricated panel will be strictly subjected to seven tank treatment. The various components, assemblies and sub equipment’s of the panel will be as per standard given in relevant IS. The bus bar of the panel will be shaped out of high conductivity, electrolytic conductor and shall be liberal sized in aluminum. The control wiring of the panel will be done with PVC flexible copper wires of 1.5mm cross section. Each wire will be terminating with a ferule crimped to the wire, size 1400MM x1200x350mm. Upto 35 sq. mm to 95 sq. mm. 4 Making connection with panel of Pump house inside the premises of Keshopur STP, with the help of ferrules, thimble, support insulator on bus bar and other necessary hardware items required to complete the job. 5 Fitting of the above components in panel enclosure with terminal blocks, channels, ferrules, thimble, support insulator on bus bar , required hard wares, control wiring in 1.5sq mm wire complete in all respect 6 Dismantling of old panel, structure, damaged components and Installation of the panel on MS base frame and fixing the base frame at site and making termination of cable both incoming & outgoing side ,maggeringof complete panel , fitting of the complete LT panel with the help of heavy manual labour including cable connection, functional testing of components at no load and testing of panel on load at site in presence of site in charge. This includes cartage, loading& unloading etc.
