Tender For Provn Of Walk In Cold Storage For Smc Under Ge (Af) Thoise.; 1 Supply , installation , testing and commissioning of walk in cold storage room of two chambers for medical storage of nominal size 5x5x8 consisting of wall and ceiling panel made out of PGI sheet filled with 60 mm thick PP/PUF panel insulation and floor 50mm thick PUF slab/ kota/ GI including necessary civil work, door of suitable dimension withhydraulic door closer, digitaltemperature indicator, Air cooled medium temperature split unit of 2HP rating with reciprocating scroll compressors working on R-022/ R-410a/ R-410a (CFC free)refrigerants to maintain temperature of (-) 2 to (+)4 degree centigrade at an ambient temperature of 30-45degree Centigrade. (Note (i) The rate includes the cost of making good the disturbed /damaged surface(ii) The rate includes cost of racks as per site requirement as directed) ,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.) 2 Supply, laying andtesting cableXLPE insulated screened PVCbedded, galvanised steel strrip orwire armoured electric power cable(heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25 sqmm 4 Core,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge 3 M &L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60x60 cm.x 6mm thick ,buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia by means of bolts , nuts,check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.03 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge 4 M & L for Triple pole , Neutral and earth encolsure with a three pin and earth plug with socket complete with one triple pole Neutral MCB 32 Amp,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 5 Excavation in trenches n.exc. 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr deep for foundations of poles/stays/cable etc not exc 10 Sqm area on plan and getting out in Hard/Dense soil complete all as specifed and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 6 Returning filling in including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layer each not exc. 25 cm thick in a hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Enginer-in-Charge. 7 Removing excavated soil material to a distance not exc. 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 8 M&L for PCC cable coverClass LV, Type I,flat,size 250 mm x 150mm x 40mm laid Flat in trenches over the cable with length 250mm perpendicular to the direction of cable, adjacent/ abutting each other complete all as specified and directedby Engr-in-Charge.Note:-Excavation and earth work to be measured and paid for separately 9 M&L for Sand cushioning to protection of underground cables, laid 8 cm before laying and 15 cm after laying of cable, and punned to form an overall layer of 18 cm thick, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.Note: Punned thickness of sand shall be measured.
