    supply installation testing and commissioning Of Charging Pump Set At Hot Mayur Vihar Bps In Ac-55.- 1 Supply of vacuum pump D.V. 40 bronze impeller C-40 shaft with gland packing with 5 HP horizontal foot mounted induction motor suitable for operation of 415 + 10% 3 phase 50 Hz + 5% supply with F glass insulation for ambient to IS 325 and coupled with tyre coupling with M.S guard and M.S. fabricated base frame with alignment of motor & vacuum pump set complete.Make: - Kirloskar/ABB/DJB approved make. 2 Supply of 50 mm dia. GI pipe medium class Make: - Jindal, tata and any approved make of DJB 3 Ductile iron body / pn-16/ bolted bonnet/ non rising spindle/resilient/gate valve/ flanged end/ handwheel operated. Body : ductile iron. Make: - Sant/DJB approved make. 4 P/F of 50 mm dia flange to jointing the valves. Make ISI 5 P/F of 50 mm G.I. elbow threaded medium class type. Make ISI 6 Replacement of complete both charging sets with motor including coupling guard, base frame, vibration pad, threaded nipples, rubber packing, nut bolts washer etc. complete with civil work for fitting of charging set & motor. Replace the 50 mm dia. G.I. pipe with allied accessories etc. as per site requirement. 7 Transportation of T&P, man and machinery at site. 8 Testing and commissioning complete system on full load.
