supply installation testing and commissioning Of Lt Panel At Hanuman Mandir Sps.- 1 Dismantling by disconnection all the incoming as well asoutgoing connections, dismantling the old defective panel after making suitable arrangement for continuous power supply to the panel and Dismantling old indicating instruments. 2 LT Distribution panel sheet steel enclosure made out of 2mm CRCA sheet totally enclosed, powder coated free standing, floormounted type, dust& vermin proof, outward opening, lockable doors having hidden hinges and a bolted back cover both using non-deteriorating neoprene rubber gaskets to provide IP protection .The each part of the fabricated panel will be strictly subjected to seven tank treatment. The various components, assemblies and sub equipments of the panel will be as per standard given in relevant IS. The bus bar of the panel will be shaped out of high conductivity, electrolytic conductor and shall be liberal sized in aluminum. Earth Copper busbar. The control wiring of the panel will be done with PVC flexible copper wires of 1.5sqmm. Each wire will be terminating with a ferule crimped to the wire Having following components of approved make including CT etc. The LT Panel should be suitable in size for making an arrangement to the following.1. 40 HP Star Delta starter -2 nos and one Spare starter. 2. 7.5 HP Sewage Submersible Pump starter-1 No.3. Lighting arrangement- internal and External -1No.4. Capacitor compartment-1 No.5. Testing of panel prior to switching on as follow:i.Continuity and earth testingii.Merging of all equipment for phase to phase, neutral to body, neutral to earth and phase to earthiii.Checking for all tightness of nut and bolts.iv.Alignment of doors etc.v.Interlocking test.vi.All function tests.vii.Testing on load with engineer in charge.
