Tender For Camouflage Pattern Painting In Tech Area At Af Stn Naliya; 1 M & L for preparation of old Concrete floor surface (Ensure that the surface to be painted is free from any damp, loose paint, dust, wax or grease and other contaminants). and apply two coats of water based cross linking all acrylic emulsion (Apex Floor Guard) with proper mixing of thinner as per manufacturers instructions in camouflage pattern of required shade and shape as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 2 M & L for preparation of old plastered surface of wall and applying one coat of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint (Camouflage Pattern) having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance, exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm etc complete all as specified and directed. 3 M & L for complete removal of old decorated surface of plastered wall, and applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint (Weather Proof) camouflage pattern having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over surfaces. 4 Taking down cement plaster of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc & fill to joints with CM 1:6 if the masonry joints gets found exposed while taking down plaster and debris to be removed from MD land all as specified and directed. 5 M & L for rendering 15mm thick in two layers, 1st layer of 10mm thick in CM (1:4) and second layer of 5mm thick in CM(1:4) with WPC @ 3% of by wt of cement on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement. (WPC measured and paid separately) 6 M & L for rendering 10mm thick cement plaster (1:6) with WPC @3% of weight of cement on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished even land smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (WPC measured and paid separately). 7 Supply only integral water proofing compound all as specified. 8 M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls, and applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint (Weather Proof) Camouflage pattern having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including applying priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces.
