Replacement Of Old Defective Pump Set By New 25 Hp Mono Block Pump Set And Allied electrical and mechanical At Be Block Bps In Ac 28 Hari Nagar.- 1 Supply of Mono block pump-set of 25 HP capacity with Head: 53 Mtr, discharge :- l/s 20, Suction-delivery (100x80mm).Make- Kirloskar/Wilo/CG/DJB Approved Make. 2 Supply of Vaccum pump-set of (40x40mm).Make- Kirloskar/Wilo/CG/DJB Approved Make. 3 S/O of 100 mm dia M.S. Flange. 4 S/O MS Pipe Confirming to IS:1239 Part-I, Medium class 100 mm diameter. Make: Jindal/ Tata. 5 S/O Nut Bolt & Washers of suitable size of good quality as per site requirement. 6 Supply of MS Bend heavy duty of size 100 mm dia. 90*with double flange. 7 Supply of Neoprene packing ( 75% ) 8 S/O of 100 mm dia. PN 1.0 Sluice Valve. Make: KBL/IVC/DJB approved make. 9 S/O of 100 mm dia. PN 1.0 Non-Return Valve. Make: KBL/IVC/ DJB approved make. 10 Dismantling of existing old Pump-sets from the M.S base frame and valves, Bends, pipes etc. of both side (suction & delivery side) and panel with all accessories by doing all such work as per site requirement & taking out all the equipments from the base frame/foundation. The job also includes Removing of rusted base frame from the RCC foundation by cutting with gas cutter etc., breaking of foundation and fixing of dead flanges in suction line by welding etc. by taking all precautions as per site requirement. ( for two pump set ) 11 Dismantling of old /existing starter panel, Kit-kat, changeover switches etc. from site after disconnecting the main incoming & out going electric supply by taking all precautions at site. 12 Re-casting/strengthening of RCC foundation, plastering and making wet layer of cement of the foundation i/c. Shuttering etc. as required. Making / fabrication and supply of MS base frame/angle suitable for mono-block pump set. Grouting the foundation nut-bolts, Drilling/ machining and painting as per site requirement or direction of engineer-in-charge ( As per sample) 13 Loading, Unloading, Cartage and Transportation charges for taking all dismantled equipments from site to store and new equipments at site including charges of heavy labour etc. as per requirement. 14 Installation and Fitting of above Pumps & Motors on the Base-Frame/Foundation. The job also includes installation & fixing of Valves, pipes, Bends, Reducers, Flanges etc. of both side (suction & delivery side) including primer & paint on complete equipments as per the site requirement & proper-alignment of pump-sets after taking all safety precaution arrangements, all Tools & Tackles etc including painting of all E&M equipments. The work shall be completed on turn-key basis and job also includes testing of Pump-sets on full load condition as per site requirement.
