Replacement Of Old Lt Panel, Starters And Other Electrical Equipment At Kg-I (New) Vikaspuri Bps In Vikspuri Constituency (Ac-31).- 1 Dismantling of existing L T Panel and electrical system after disconnecting incoming and outgoing connections, Starters connections, Cable connections, removing the existing material using labour, tools and tackles etc. as per site requirement. 2 Supply / Fabrication of L T Panel Board cubical type, floor mounting, dust & vermin preventing construction of the minimum size 1500 X 1700 X 400 mm, suitable for indoor fixing, made out of 16 SWG CRCA sheet, with provisions for cable entry. The panel should have required chambers and bus bar alleys. It should be suitable for operation and maintenance and having doors complete with locks etc. for each chamber. The rating of main bus bars has to be 200 Ampere for three phases and half for the neutral in Aluminium construction duly sleeved with phase indicating heat shrinkable Sleeves. It should be painted through powder coating process and with complete provisions suitable for all the switchgears as below to be fitted / installed properly with complete mounting accessories, with complete internal connections of switchgears and control gears with the main bus bars in the Panel through copper cable orbus bars as required along with making all the required wiring connections for all measuring and indicating instruments with all the accessories, thimbles, ferrules etc. complete in all respect as per requirement. The Panel should have chambers and insertions as per following details. Make for following Switchgears- L&T/ Schneider/ BCH/ DJB approved. One Outgoing Chambers with each having following insertions-MCB, 63 Amp, Four Pole. - 02 Nos. 3 Charges for shipping the panel up to the site including lifting charges, loading and unloading charges and other charges for shifting the panel up to the place it has to be installed. 4 Fabrication and supply of base frame made out MS Angle duly painted of size as suitable for above panel to be fixed. 5 Fixing of the new L T Panel with base frame at the site including all other work as per site requirements. 6 Making the incoming connections to the Panel by making required Cable connections between the main supply through existing cable including providing & fixing of consumables as per requirement. 7 Supply of Star Delta Starter Panel, cubical type, made out of CRCA sheet, having TP MCCB as incomer,3 nos. of 110 Amp 3 Pole contactors with Auxiliary Contacts, Overload Relay of range 56 to 90 Amp with Auto & manual resetting mode, Single Phase Preventer with LED Indications, with protections against- Phase Imbalance, Phase reversal, Single Phasing, having Ammeter & Voltmeter with Selector Switch, Electronic Timer for automatic changeover – Star to Delta, On-off Trip indicators, R/Y/B Phase indicators, On/Off Switches, Auto/Manual mode, properly laid down wires, bunched with cable Ties with ferrules for easy identification, mounted on separate CRCA mounting plate & fitted in the Starter Panel. Make for complete Starter Panel- L&T/Schneider/C&S/DJB approved. 8 Fabrication and supply of base frame made out of angle iron of suitable size for fixing the above starters and suitable for making outgoing /incoming cable entries in the starter panels. It should be duly painted and ready with provisions for installing at the site. 9 Fixing / Installation of the above Starters along with their base frames at site with carrying out all the required works with providing material / consumables as per site requirements. 10 Supply of Copper Cable of size 35 sq mm X 1 Core make of cable: - Havells / Polycab / DJB Approved 11 Supply of Copper Cable of size 25 sq mm X 1 Core make of cable:- Havells / Polycab / DJB Approved 12 Laying of above cable for making supply connections between LT Panel to starters and Starters to motors etc as per site requirement. 13 Making the outgoing connections of the 150/160 A MCCBs by Connecting MCCBs in panel to the incoming side of starters Through new cables as per site requirement, with proper thimbling and tapping etc. including providing & fixing of material as per requirement. 14 Making the outgoing connections of Starters by Connecting starters to the Motors Through the new cables as above as per the location of the newly fixed starters as per site requirement including providing & fixing of material as per requirement. 15 Making outgoing connections as required for lighting loads by connecting MCB from the panel including required connections etc . 16 Making the outgoing connections of DOL Starter by Connecting to the Pump with existing cable as per site requirement including providing & fixing of material as per requirement. 17 Testing and Commissioning of the Panel Board first at NO LOAD and then at ON LOAD and Operations as per the satisfaction of engineer in charge. 18 Testing and commissioning the starters first at NO LOAD and then at ON LOAD and Operations as per the satisfaction of engineer in charge.
