Repairing Of Suction Delivery Network And Allied Works At Tagore Garden Bps In Rajouri Garden, Ac-27.- 1 Supply of MS Pipe 150 mm. Make :- TATA/Jindal Hisar/ DJB approved makes. 2 Supply of nuts bolts and washers as per site requirement. 3 Supply of neoprene packing as per site requirement. 4 Supply of Sluice valve 150 mm, PN 1.0. Make :- IVC/ AV/MARCK/HAWA/ Kirloskar/DJB approved makes. 5 Supply of Sluice valve 100 mm, PN 1.0. Make :- IVC/ AV/MARCK/HAWA/ Kirloskar/DJB approved makes. 6 Supply of Non Return valve 100 mm, PN 1.0. Make :- IVC/ AV/MARCK/HAWA/ Kirloskar/DJB approved makes. 7 Supply of FOOT VALVE Cast Iron Flanged End 150 mm. Make :- IVC/Kirloskar/DJB approved makes. 8 Dismantling the existing damaged suction & delivery line ofpumpsets after isolating the electric supply from the LT Panel . Work including arranging all tools and tackles such as gas cutter, welding machine, grinder, etc required to remove/cutting the suction line rusted Nut & bolts and lifting the same with the help of heavy manual labour/hydra. 9 Fabrication of 150 mm dia. MS Pipe by welding of pipe. Work including welding, cutting the 150 mm dia. MS pipe as per site requirement and welding the MS bend, flanges, etc as required. 10 Fixing of fabricated MS pipe of 150 mm dia. For Pumpset at both suctions side with the help of heavy manual labour. Work including tightening the nut & bolts with Sluice Valve, Foot valve, rubber packing, washers, bend, foot valve, reducers, etc. and considering all safety measures while executing the work at site. 11 Installation and fixing of the existing pump and motor including couple the pump and motor with new tyre as required, jointing the pump with suction/ delivery line. Fixing of Valves of Suction & delivery sides, with the help of nut & bolts, packing, etc. as required to complete the job. The job also include the laying of existing cable, making connection the motor from starter/panel etc. i/c watch and ward, cartage , loading and unloading taking all safety precaution arrangement, all tools and tackles. The work including testing and commissioning all E&M equipment i/c pump and motor at no load and full load. 12 Vacuum Pump-setSupply of 5HP DV-40 model or equivalent Vacuum pump of size 40x40 mm with standard fitting as per manufacturer, capable of priming of main pump set and evacuation of air from suction pipe and chamber. Make – Kirloskar/DJB approved makes. 13 Supply/Making of MS Base Frame as per sample of existing old MS Base Frame for Vacuum pump set. 14 S/O 40mm G.I. medium class pipe. Make: Jindal/TATA 15 S/O 40mm G.I. elbows (Make-Unik/ISI). 16 Supply of 40 mm GI Union(Make-Unik/ISI). 17 Supply of 40 mm GI Nipple (Make-Unik/ISI). 18 Supply of 40 mm GI Socket(Make-Unik/ISI). 19 Supply of 40 mm GI Tee(Make-Unik/ISI). 20 Supply of 40 mm Tank connection (Make-Unik/ISI). 21 Supply of 40 mm GI gate valve(Make-Unik/ISI). 22 Supply of 300 ltr water storage tank for vacuum pumpset. Make :- Syntex/ISI 23 Supply of 40 mm Bronze Glass indicator (Make-Unik/ISI/Kartar). 24 Disconnection of electric connection from panel and Decouple the Vacuum pump-set after removing the coupling & opening of the nut, bolt etc as required. 25 Dismantling of the vacuum pump set from the MS base frame by cutting of rusted nut, bolts by gas cutter and electric welding set, removing all the nut, bolts and lifting the pump and motor on ground level by heavy manual labour etc as required. Work also includes Dismantling of the existing defective GI pipe of the existing pump set and connected header line of charging pump set one by one without disturbing the water supply with the help of tools & tackles required to complete the job. 26 Breaking the vacuum pumpset RCC foundation by hammer, chisel electric vibrator by heavy labour etc as required. 27 Making of RCC foundation of the pump set by cutting the floor level of the pump set upto suitable depth and refilling it with the help of RCC mixture upto suitable height including the cost of plastering of newly made foundation and foundation bolts etc as required. 28 Installation, Testing & Commissioning of the new vacuum pump on the base frame including couple the pump and motor on the base frame from including couple the pump and motor joining the pump with suction and delivery line with proper alignment. The job also include the laying of cable, making connection the motor from starter/panel etc including cartage, loading and unloading taking all safety precautions arrangement all tools and tackles the work includes testing and commissioning the vacuum pump set.
